试论营林措施对森林病虫害防治的作用

【摘   要】 采取营林措施开展病虫害防治工作，是从根本上防治病虫害的一种有效的方法和途径。本文以病虫害防治中的营林措施为研究课题，通过探讨营林造林中的病虫害防治原则和防治措施以及防治方法，探索该措施对于森林病虫害防治的作用和影响，旨在为促使和推动森林病虫害防治工作的有效开展提供有益借鉴和参考帮助。

On the Effect of Forest Management Measures on Forest Pest Control

This paper takes the measures of forest pest control as the research topic， and probes into the principle， measures and methods of forest pest control in afforestation， and probes into the effect and influence of the measures on forest pest control.

各種各种的自然灾害或者人为因素等都会对森林造成巨大的影响或者破坏。森林病虫害是最为典型、破坏性最为彻底，也最难防御治理的。本文以病虫害防治中的营林措施为研究课题，通过探讨营林造林中的病虫害防治原则和防治措施以及防治方法，探索该措施对于森林病虫害防治的作用和影响，以促使和推动森林病虫害防治工作的有效开展。

1  森林病虫害的防治原则

在病虫害防治工作中，要依照我国相关法律法规的要求，制定科学合理的工作方案，确保各项工作的原则性和规范性。

1.1  治理和预防都要抓，突出预防工作

所谓预防，就是指预见性，具体来说就是事情发生之前就已经做出分析和判断，并做好相应的应对和准备工作。病虫害防治工作的预见性，就是要清楚地掌握喝了解各种防治措施，对常见的病虫害发生前的各种预兆、特点特征、危害后果等等做到了然于胸，并能够采取各种有效应对措施和手段，做到防患于未然的各项准备。……
