中医药治疗妊娠期糖尿病患者的效果

【摘 要】 目的：分析中醫药在治疗妊娠期糖尿病方面的临床疗效。方法：研究对象选择本院2017年1月至2018年12月所收治的110例妊娠期糖尿病患者，按照数字随机法划分为观察组和对照组，每组55例。对其临床资料展开回顾性分析。两组患者均接受常规的妊娠期糖尿病营养治疗方式，而观察组在常规治疗的基础上选择中药汤剂进行辅助治疗。在治疗结束后比较两组患者的血糖值与新生儿妊娠结局，以此为基础判定中医药治疗起到的作用。结果：研究结果显示，在血糖指标方面观察组在空腹血糖值、餐后1h血糖值与餐后2h血糖值方面均要优于对照组，数据差异显著（P<0.05），结果具有统计学意义;在妊娠结局方面，观察组仅出现了2例并发症情况，对照组出现了8例，数据结果差异显著（P<0.05），结果具有统计学意义。结论：中医药在治疗妊娠期糖尿病方面能够显著地改善患者的临床状态与血糖值，同时改善妊娠结局，有助于保障患者预后与恢复，是一种效果显著的治疗措施。

Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine on Patients with Gestational Diabetes

[Abstract] Objective：To analyze the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of gestational diabetes. Methods： 110 patients with gestational diabetes admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as study subjects， and were divided into observation group and control group according to the digital random method， with 55 cases in each group. The clinical data were analyzed retrospectively. Patients in both groups received conventional nutritional treatment for gestational diabetes， while in the observation group， traditional Chinese medicine decoction was selected for adjuvant treatment on the basis of conventional treatment. After the end of treatment， the blood glucose table of the two groups of patients and the neonatal pregnancy outcome were compared to determine the role of traditional Chinese medicine treatment on this basis. Results： The results of the study showed that the observation group was better than the control group in terms of blood glucose indexes in fasting blood glucose value， postprandial blood glucose value at 1h and postprandial blood glucose value at 2h， with significant differences （P<0.05）， and the results were statistically significant. In terms of pregnancy outcome， only 2 cases of complications occurred in the observation group and 8 cases in the control group， with significant difference in data results （P<0.05） and statistically significant results. Conclusion： In the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus， TCM can significantly improve the clinical status and blood glucose level of patients， and at the same time improve the pregnancy outcome， which is helpful to ensure the prognosis and recovery of patients， and is a treatment measure with significant effects.

妊娠期糖尿病的产生原因可能与胰岛素抵抗、遗传因素有关，通常患者在妊娠期会出现类似的多饮、多食、多尿等症状。特别是对于病情程度较为严重或体质量控制不良的患者，对于自身的安全与胎儿安全都会产生不利的影响，尤其是远期并发症发生的可能性较高。因此，孕周达到24周的孕妇需要进行血糖测试以及口服葡萄糖耐量试验，从而确定妊娠期糖尿病的患病状态。传统的口服降糖药物是主要的治疗措施，而在中医临床理念当中，认为糖尿病和脏腑功能受损有关，本次研究也只在探讨中医药在这一疾病方面的治疗作用。详细报道如下。
