滚珠丝杠结构家用电梯研发及应用

摘 要：为满足复式楼和别墅上下楼需求，解决家中老人及行动不便的人员上下楼难题，本文研发了一种简单便捷的家用电梯，进一步完善电梯种类，填补该类电梯产品的市场空白。该类家用电梯主提升部件采用滚珠丝杠结构，不需要电梯地坑和电梯井道，极大地降低了对复式楼及别墅内的土建要求。设计风格可以与家装风格融为一体，让用户充分享受到复式空间大平层的感觉。

Abstract： In order to meet the needs of duplex buildings and villas to go up and down， and to solve the problem of elderly people in the home and people with reduced mobility going up and down， this paper had developed a simple and convenient home elevator， which further improved the types of elevators and filled the market gap of such elevator products. The main lifting components of this type of household elevator used a ball screw structure， without the need for elevator pits and elevator shafts， which greatly reduced the civil requirements for duplex buildings and villas. The design style could be integrated with the home improvement style， allowing users to fully enjoy the large flat floor of the duplex space.

市场常规曳引式电梯占地空间大，需要设置电梯井道和地坑等，运行噪声较大，显然无法完全满足复式楼及别墅等家庭使用需求。结合复式楼及别墅室内实际情况，利用滚珠丝杆将回转运动转化为直线运动的原理，本文研发了一种简单便捷的家用电梯。

1 设计原理及结构

滚珠丝杠结构家用电梯利用滚珠丝杆将回转运动转化为直线运动的原理，通过提升部分滚珠丝杆进行驱动，在有限的空间内驱动轿厢上下运行。驱动方式采用滚珠丝杠的方式，有效提高传动效率，运行平稳，噪声小，停靠精准，十分适用于室内安静环境的使用要求。滚珠丝杠结构家用电梯包含载人轿厢系统、楼层召唤装置、升降机导向机构、附加制动控制装置、减速电机、滚珠丝杠组件机构、辅助固定件机构[1-2]，如图1所示。

2 主要部件分析

2.1 载人轿厢系统

该款轿厢采用截面形状层类似六边形的圆滑过渡结构，轿厢前侧3个面正面为一个和轿厢同高的手动玻璃门，和玻璃门相邻的两个面为观光面，面板采用透明PC板，透光率高，强度好，质量较玻璃轻巧很多。……
