车载空气净化器滤网酸味问题的质量改进

摘 要：汽车给人们生活带来方便，但同时车内环境污染给人们的健康安全带来危害，使用车载空气净化器是降低车内污染的有效方法。亮锐（上海）管理有限公司的主要产品滤网式车载空气净化器在上市一段时间后发生较严重的滤网酸味问题投诉。因此，本文详细介绍了解决滤网酸味问题的质量改进方案。其间首先收集并统计了客户反馈信息，然后分析了滤网产生酸味的根本原因，研究了滤网酸味问题的质量改进措施，最后验证了改善型滤网的应用效果。

Abstract： Cars bring convenience to people's lives， but at the same time， environmental pollution in the car brings harm to people's health and safety， using an automotive air purifier is an effective method to reduce pollution in the car. Lumileds （Shanghai） Management Co.， Ltd.'s main product， the filter-type automotive air purifier， has had a serious complaint about the problem of filter acidity after a period of time on the market. Therefore， this paper detailed the quality improvement program to solve the problem of sour taste of the filter. During this period， customer feedback information was first collected and counted， then the root cause of the sour taste of the filter was analyzed， quality improvement measures for the sour taste of the filter were studied， and finally the application effect of the improved filter was verified.

随着人们生活水平的不断提高，汽车现在已经成为人们日常生活中不可或缺的交通工具。但是，人们在享受汽车带来的方便之余，也遭受着车内环境污染给人体健康安全带来的危害。车内环境污染不仅仅跟外部空气污染有关，因为汽车本身的密闭性决定了车内空气污染表现出不同于其他室内空气污染的特征，其最主要的污染源来自汽车内部使用的材料，存在的挥发性物质有上百种，包括烃类、醛类、酮类物质等[1]，可挥发出游离的甲苯、甲醛、总挥发性有机化合物（TVOC）等多种有害物质。保障人们的健康安全成为一项非常必要的需求，安装车载空气净化器是降低车内污染物的有效方法。目前，市场上销售的车载空气净化器很多，按原理分主要有四种，即滤网式空气净化器、集尘式空气净化器、臭氧空气净化器和负氧离子式空气净化器[2]。……
