建筑项目工程管理中进度管理的解析

摘要：建筑行业是新时期社会背景下的潮流行业，作为重要的经济支柱，所占据的社会影响力十分突出。同时，随着行业的深入发展，工程项目的规模和覆盖面也在不断的扩大，对工程施工也提出了全新的要求。加强进度管理，成为施工单位重点关注的工作要务。鉴于此，本文主要就进度管理的影响因素、实施举措以及发展展望，进行有效分析。

Abstract： The construction industry is a trend industry under the social background of the new era. As an important economic pillar， its social influence is very prominent. At the same time， with the in-depth development of the industry， the scale and coverage of engineering projects are also continuously expanding， and new requirements are put forward for engineering construction. Strengthening schedule management has become a priority for construction units. In view of this， this article mainly analyzes the influencing factors， implementation measures and development prospects of schedule management.

0  引言

在新时期市场环境下，建筑企业因为数量增加，企业之间的竞争压力日渐增加。因此，提高内部工程业务水平，是企业面对高竞争的市场形势所做出的重要举措。进度管理是工程管理中的重要组成内容，通过进度管理能够规范施工环境，控制施工成本，保证工程质量。因此，施工企业需要对进度管理加强思想重视，并采用科学举措积极开展进度管理工作。

1  建筑项目进度管理概述

在建筑项目领域，进度管理作为基础概念，具体指在工程周期范围内，根据不同工艺施工所需要的时间，以及工艺的具体实施进程进行有效管理，从而保证建筑项目在工期范围内按时完成作业。加强进度管理，在建筑项目领域所呈现的作用十分突出。通过进度管理能够规范工程作业环境，保证各项工艺进度规范开展。同时，能够实现成本控制，保证资金配置、安排更加规范、合理。总体来讲，进度管理在提高施工整体效能，保障工程作业质量方面具有重要意义，因此，施工单位需要加强思想重视度。……
