大数据视角下高校学生“精准扶贫”机制研究

摘要：在当前精准扶贫国家战略背景下，高校学生“精准扶贫”已然成为高校学生资助工作的新趋势。面对大数据、互联网+等新业态的快速发展，传统学生资助模式无法适应高校“精准扶贫”工作，迫切需要构建“大数据”视域下的学生“精准资助”体系，强化精确识别和精准帮扶，建立大数据精准预警机制、供需对接机制、学生自治机制和运行保障机制，引导大学生健康成长和全面发展。

Abstract： Under the current national strategy of targeted poverty alleviation， targeted poverty alleviation for college students has become a new trend of college student funding. Faced with the rapid development of new formats such as big data and Internet plus， the traditional student funding mode cannot adapt to the "precision poverty alleviation" work in colleges and universities. It is urgent to build a system of precise funding for students under the perspective of big data， strengthen accurate identification and precise support， establish a large number accurate early warning mechanism， supply and demand docking mechanism， student autonomy mechanism and operation guarantee mechanism， and guide the students grow up healthy and develop in an all-round way.

0  引言

精准扶贫是全面建成小康社会的重要保障，高校积极投身精准扶贫国家战略，实施贫困大学生精准资助具有十分重要的现实意义。高校学生精准扶贫工作贵在精准识别贫困大学生，重在精准帮扶贫困大学生，成败之举都在于“精准”。虽然现行的高校贫困生资助体系对保障贫困大学生享受应有的公平公正教育机会方面发挥了巨大作用，但是对贫困大学生的认定和评价方面仍存在很多诟病，如何充分利用高校现有的各类资源，更加精准地评定贫困对象，针对不同类型贫困大学生采取差异化的帮扶计划，发挥高校资助育人最大效能，是摆在高校精准扶贫工作面前的一道难题。因此，构建基于“大数据”视角的高校学生“精准扶贫”工作机制，运用大数据信息服务技术平台，提高高校精准资助水平，是高校落实“精准扶贫”战略的重要抓手。
