高校网球教学训练的困境及策略分析

摘  要：随着高校体育教学改革在新时代的推进，高校网球教学在教学改革的过程中取得了良好的成果，随着课改的深入和推行，教学改革在高校网球教学中的课程建设及科学发展，对高校的体育发展起到了良好的推动作用。但是新时代的高校网球教学仍旧存在很多问题，本文笔者基于对此的认识，阐述了目前高校教学中网球教学训练存在的困境，针对训练困境提出改革措施，从而为促进高校网球训练的发展。

Abstract： With the promotion of physical education teaching reform in colleges and universities in the new era， tennis teaching in colleges and universities has achieved good results in the process of teaching reform. With the deepening and implementation of curriculum reform，the teaching reform in the course construction and scientific development of tennis teaching in colleges and universities has played a good role in promoting the development of physical education in colleges and universities. However， there are still many problems in tennis teaching in colleges and universities in the new era. Based on the understanding of this， the author expounds the difficulties existing in tennis teaching and training in colleges and universities at present， and puts forward some reform measures in view of the difficulties in training， so as to promote the development of tennis training in colleges and universities.

文化事业的发展随着社会经济的发展不断转变，对体育运动的影响非常巨大。我国是世界上最大的发展中国家之一，体育运动在国际舞台上占据着重要的位置，网球运动项目中国内选手一直刷新着世界纪录，大众对网球运动的关注程度也不断上升，所以对网球运动员的培养奠定了良好的基础。

1  高校网球教学训练困境

1.1 网球课时过少

目前高校网球课时比较少，网球训练属于一项国际运动，训练过程比较复杂，再加上属于体育项目，因此需要花费时间进行大量的训练。但是目前的训练课时少，学生在学习的过程中很难快速掌握技巧，难以准确领悟正确的动作和理论要领。除此之外，高校在设计课程的时候，并没有充分考虑到学生本身的情况，网球课时安排少，学习时间和训练时间非常有限，导致学生在有限的时间内难以学习完大量的运动内容，难以全面掌握全部的技巧，所以制约了高校学生掌握网球运动和学习网球的效果。……
