新课程下中职体育教学开展的困境及优化策略研究

摘  要：新课程下，体育课程的教学水平是实现学生德、智、体、美、劳全面发展的前提条件。然而，由于传统的体育教学手段单一，学校、教师和学生对体育重视不够，体育教学设施配置不完善，中职学生没有较高的参与兴趣等原因，导致体育教学不能发挥其优势作用。新课程下，要改变教学模式，让体育教学从困境中走出来。本文以中职体育教学现状为基点，分析中职体育教学开展所面临的困境，研究体育教学优化策略，提高中职学生体育水平，增强学生体质。

Abstract： Under the new curriculum， the teaching level of physical education curriculum is the prerequisite for the all-round development of students' moral， intellectual， physical and aesthetic work. However， due to the single traditional physical education teaching methods， schools， teachers and students do not pay enough attention to physical education， the allocation of physical education teaching facilities is not perfect， secondary vocational school students do not have a high interest in participation， resulting in physical education teaching can not play its dominant role. Under the new curriculum， we should change the teaching mode and let the physical education teaching come out of the predicament. Based on the present situation of physical education teaching in secondary vocational school， this paper analyzes the difficulties faced by the development of physical education teaching in secondary vocational school， studies the optimization strategy of physical education teaching， improves the physical education level of secondary vocational school students， and enhances the physical education level of secondary vocational school students. 體育可以增强学生体质，培养学生拼搏进取的精神。在新课程背景下，教师要改变传统教学模式，丰富教学手段，在传授体育知识的时候，也要注重培养学生终身体育的意识，养成锻炼的良好习惯。在中职学校体育教学中，学生对体育课兴趣不高，体育课总是学生自由活动。这对于体育教学的开展很不利。

1  中职体育教学开展的现状

在课程改革背景下，中职体育开展还是没有得到有效发展，学生对体育课的认识，教师对体育的认识都没有得到提升，体育课上，学生自由活动，对篮球感兴趣的学生组织打篮球，其他学生则在操场聊天。

2  中职体育教学开展所面临的困难

2.1 体育意识淡薄，对体育不够重视

中职院校是一所特殊的学校，从这里毕业面临着就业，面临着工作。所以，学生的学习侧重点更倾向于与就业相关的专业课，提高专业技术，提升就业服务水平，对体育课提不起多大兴趣。……
