体育教育方法实施及创新研究

摘  要：近些年体育教学方法的研究重点在于怎样更好地改革创新，为更好地加强学校体育的管理，加大力度促进学生体质健康的增长。本文利用查找文献的方法，总结体育教师在进行教学方法创新过程中所发生的问题，在进行创新过程中所要遵循的原则，并通过深刻地讨论分析总结出相关策略，为我国基层体育教师进行教学方法创新实施过程中增添更多的理论依据。

Abstract： In recent years， the research on physical education teaching methods focuses on how to better reform and innovation， in order to better strengthen the management of school physical education， and strengthen efforts to promote the growth of students' physical health. This paper is based on the method of looking up the literature. This paper summarizes the problems of physical education teachers in the process of teaching method innovation， the principles to be followed in the process of innovation， and sums up the relevant strategies through profound discussion and analysis. To add more theoretical basis for the implementation of teaching method innovation for grass-roots physical education teachers in our country.

近些年，随着我国经济社会的不断发展，对于人才的需要程度也日渐增加。越来越多的学校对于人才的培养要求也逐年上升，国家对于人才的培养重视程度也不断提高。这就使得各地学校对于教学当中的教学方法进行更多的创新及改进。新的教学方法的涌现对于我国体育教学过程中所遇到的各种传统的问题有很好的解答，使得通过教学方法的改变和创新，让学生能够很好地对课堂所学内容有积极的理解及其在人才培养过程中能够达到全面培养素质教育的效果。在体育教学过程中，通过科学的教学方法，能够对各种各样体育教学活动中增加参加体育活动的能力，最终达到提高学生素质的效果。

1  创新体育教学方法实施现状及问题

传统思想的禁锢。创新的体育教学方法在国家改革的大方向下不断的推进。但是传统的思想理念对于体育教学课程改革处于一种停滞的状态，更多的教师认为体育学科在进行教学方法的创新改革是没有必要。……
