高校体育教学“翻转课堂”模式构建研究

摘  要：作为一种全新的教学方式，翻转课堂得到了广泛应用，将其应用在高校教育工作中，可保障教学效果。本文首先分析了高校体育教学“翻转课堂”模式应用的可行性，接着阐述了高校体育教学“翻转课堂”模式构建，最后总结了高校体育教学“翻转课堂”模式应用建议。本文主要探讨体育教学中该类模式的构建与应用，所得结论仅供参考。

Abstract： As a new teaching method， flip classroom has been widely used， and its application in college education can ensure the teaching effect. This paper first analyzes the feasibility of the application of the mode of "flipping classroom" in physical education teaching in colleges and universities， then expounds the construction of the mode of "flipping classroom" in physical education teaching in colleges and universities， and finally sums up some suggestions for the application of the mode of "flipping classroom" in physical education teaching in colleges and universities. This paper mainly discusses the construction and application of this kind of mode in physical education teaching. The conclusions are for reference only.

1  高校体育教学“翻转课堂”模式应用的可行性

站在翻转课堂教学模式上而言，该类教学模式打破了传统常规教学模式，提倡的是学生的自主学习，可保障课堂教学活动的针对性[1]。结合实际，高校体育教学“翻转课堂”模式应用的可行性主要包括：高校学生具备一定的自控能力，可满足翻转课堂的应用要求;高校基础教学设施完善，能够满足翻转课堂的应用要求;高校学生的认知发展规律已经成熟，可满足翻转课堂的应用要求。

2  高校体育教学“翻转课堂”模式构建

2.1 教学现实状况

随着教育事业的迅速发展，我国教学水平也在不断提升，教育方式也呈多样化。不少教师开始摸索教學模式，通过应用不同的教学模式，制定出相应的教学方案。体育教师在教学方案制定阶段，多遵循的是“健康至上”的指导思想，注重的是学生加强学习目标实践，构建和谐的师生关系[2]。在优化教育过程中，原本灌输式、单一式的教学体系无法适应当前教学需求，多元化教学模式是当前急需的一种教学模式。……
