不同储藏方式对党参化学成分影响及与气温因子相关性研究

摘要    本文研究了不同储藏方式对党参化学成分的影响，并探讨了党参品质与储藏气温的相关性，以为党参储藏提供依据。结果表明，气调密封处理下的党参浸出物含量显著高于常规密封，常规密封、气调密封处理下的党参含水量显著高于自然存放，自然存放的党参苍术内酯Ⅲ含量与气调密封、常规密封差异均不显著。党参水分与气温成显著正相关，浸出物、苍术内酯Ⅲ与气温无相关性。

Abstract    The paper studied the effects of different storage methods on the chemical composition of Codonopsis pilosula， and discussed the correlation between the quality of Codonopsis pilosulae and the storage temperature， in order to provide a basis for the storage of Codonopsis pilosula. The results showed that the extract content of Codonopsis pilosulae with gas seal was significantly higher than that of conventional seal， the water content of Codonopsis pilosula with conventional seal and gas seal was significantly higher than that of natural storage， the Atractylenolide Ⅲ content of Codonopsis pilosula with natural storage was not significantly different from that of gas seal and conventional seal. The water content of Codonopsis pilosula was significantly positively correlated with temperature， and the extract， Atractylolide Ⅲ had no correlation with temperature.

中药是中医防病治病的物质基础，其药材质量直接影响中医的临床疗效和试验研究。中药在贮藏过程中极易发生各种变化，变化之快慢、程度之大小取决于贮藏时间的长短和贮藏的环境条件，但目前对中药材贮藏过程中质量变化的规律研究较少[1-2]。药材库是储存中药材的重要场所，且党参药材因含有较多糖类等营养物质成分而在实际贮藏过程中极易受潮发生虫蛀、霉变、变软发黏以及变色等变质现象[3-4]。根据文献报道，饮片储藏期内保管影响因素主要有储藏温度、湿度、光照等[5-6]。基于此，本试验通过不同储藏方式，研究党参品质和气温因子的相关性。

1    材料与方法

1.1    试验区概况

本试验于2015年3月至2017年10月在山西振东道地药材开发有限公司指定仓库进行，试验地海拔1 000 m。
