媒介融合视角下广播电视新闻编辑工作的改革创新研究

【摘要】随着我国经济社会的不断发展，我国的媒体行业也在不断的变革创新，新媒体技术的应用给广播电视新闻编辑工作带来了极大的便利，同时也给他们带来了重大的挑战。广播电视新闻编辑在进行编辑工作的时候，能够对其工作形式进行创新和改进是媒介融合发展的必然要求。本文简述了目前我国的广播电视新闻编辑工作现状以及遇到的困难，又提出媒介融合视角下广播电视新闻编辑工作的重要意义，并对未来的创新策略进行研究和分析。

[Abstract[ with the continuous development of China's economy and society， China's media industry is also constantly changing and innovating. The application of new media technology has brought great convenience to radio and television news editors， but also brought them great challenges. It is an inevitable requirement for media integration development that radio and television news editors can innovate and improve their work forms when they are editing. This paper briefly introduces the current situation and difficulties of China's Radio and television news editing work， and puts forward the significance of radio and television news editing work from the perspective of media integration， and studies and analyzes the future innovation strategies.

引言：媒介融合已然成为广播电视发展的必然趋势，广播电视新闻编辑需要充分认识到媒介融合所带来的极大的机遇与挑战，要对传统的广播电视新闻编辑工作方式進行变革创新，借助媒介融合的优势来促进编辑工作的有效进行，从而提升广播电视新闻编辑工作的质量和效率。由于电子阅读的广泛应用，人们对于报纸的阅读量减少地十分迅速，这给广播电视新闻编辑者的工作带来了巨大的压力，对他们工作能力的要求变得更高，这种压力和要求使编辑工作不得不从题材、内容到形式都进行改变和创新。因此，广播电视新闻编辑工作者需要不断提高自身的专业素养，不断在实践中创新工作内容和方式，以适应时代发展的潮流。
