高校篮球教学中实施美育的必要性分析及优化策略研究

摘  要：现代社会的发展极大地促进了人们对美育的认识和对美育的需求，正是在这种趋势的影响下，体育与美育的价值才会得到高度的重视，因为它能够最直接、系统地关系到人的身心健康发展。本文阐述了篮球运动的审美功能，并探讨了高校篮球教学中美育的必要性，最终提出一系列优化策略，以期进一步提高高校篮球教学质量， 以此进一步提升教学质量和效果。

Abstract： The development of Modern Society has greatly promoted people's understanding of and demand for aesthetic education. It is under the influence of this trend that the value of sports and aesthetic education will be highly valued， because it can most directly， the system relates to the person's physical and mental health development. This paper expounds the aesthetic function of basketball， discusses the necessity of Aesthetic Education in college basketball teaching， and finally puts forward a series of optimization strategies in order to further improve the quality of college basketball teaching.

體育与美育作为教育不可分割的两个方面，是培养全面发展人才的重要内容，大学体育教育过程中，审美教育对大学生来说可以使他们有一个理性和感性认识，正确理解体育的运动美和姿态美，提高其感知、欣赏、表达和创造美的能力。篮球运动是世界上最具影响力的运动项目之一，其基本战术复杂多变，竞争激烈而迷人，给人以美的享受，具有很高的锻炼价值和欣赏价值，深受大学生的喜爱。篮球教学作为一门智慧与美的有机结合的艺术，它所呈现的美是丰富多彩的，充分体现体育特有的美，它是丰富体育内涵，提高大学生身体素质特别是审美素质的有效途径，也是实现素质教育的有效手段之一。美育与体育相互联系，有着重要的交叉关系，体育教学中有许多审美因素，加强审美教育，培养审美意识，特别要加强审美教育在篮球教学中的渗透，积极创造优美的教学环境，以此进一步提升教学质量和效果。……
