以人为本的柔性管理对妇产科护理质量的影响研究

[摘要] 目的 分析在婦产科中实施以人为本的柔性管理对护理质量的影响。方法 于2018年1月—2019年3月择取100例妇产科患者，并随机予以分组研究，对照组（50例）患者行常规护理管理，研究组（50例）患者行以人为本柔性护理管理，比较两组护理质量评分、疾病不确定感成人（MUIS）评分、护理满意度评分、住院时间、不良事件发生情况以及护理前后不良情绪评分。结果 研究组护理质量评分高于对照组（P<0.05）;研究组MUIS评分低于对照组（P<0.05）;研究组护理满意度评分高于对照组（P<0.05）;研究组住院时间比对照组短（P<0.05）;研究组不良事件发生率比对照组低（P<0.05）;从不良情绪评分来看，护理前组间焦虑评分、抑郁评分对比差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），护理后组间差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 对于妇产科患者来说，以人为本柔性护理管理措施的实施，不仅可以减轻患者对疾病的不确定感，使患者更加认可和满意临床护理服务，同时也可以缩短住院时间，避免不良事件发生，使护理质量得到提升，临床价值显著。

Study on the Impact of Human-oriented Flexible Management on the Quality of Obstetrics and Gynecology Nursing

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the impact of the implementation of human-oriented flexible management on the quality of nursing in obstetrics and gynecology. Methods A total of 100 obstetrics and gynaecology patients from January 2018 to March 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group （50 patients） received routine nursing management. The research group （50 patients） received human-oriented flexible nursing management. Adults with Uncertainty in Disease （MUIS） score， nursing satisfaction score， length of hospital stays， adverse events， and adverse mood scores before and after nursing. Results The nursing quality score of the research group was higher than the control group（P<0.05）; the MUIS score of the research group was lower than the control group（P<0.05）; the nursing satisfaction score of the research group was higher than the control group（P<0.05）; the hospital stay was shorter in the study group than the control group（P<0.05）; the incidence of adverse events in the study group was lower than that in the control group（P<0.05）; from the perspective of adverse mood scores， there was no statistical significant difference in the anxiety score and depression score between the groups before nursing（P>0.05）， and there were statistical significant differences between the groups after nursing（P<0.05）. Conclusion For gynecological and obstetric patients， the implementation of people-oriented flexible nursing management measures can not only reduce patients' uncertainty about the disease， make patients more recognized and satisfied with clinical nursing services， but also shorten the length of hospital stay and avoid adverse events. The quality of care is improved and the clinical value is significant.

现今，因女性不仅要面对生活以及工作方面的压力，同时在妊娠以及养育下一代等家庭工作中也占据重要地位[1]。另外因女性生理特征特殊，加上承受力相对较差，情感细腻，所以在妇产科疾病治疗中容易产生不良情绪，这对临床医护工作的顺利开展有不良影响。因此需要做好护理管理工作[2]。在日常护理管理中，不仅需要注重工作效率以及质量，还需要给予患者更多的照顾和关心，这样才能提高护理质量[3]。该研究以该院于2018年1月—2019年3月收治的患者为例，分析在妇产科中实施以人为本的柔性管理对护理质量的影响，现报道如下。

1  资料与方法

1.1  一般资料

择取100例妇产科患者，所选患者均知晓并同意参与该研究，排除精神疾病患者、循环呼吸系统疾病患者、意识障碍患者、药物过敏史患者等。并随机予以分组研究，对照组（50例）患者年龄范围为25～48岁，平均（37.89±5.46）岁;研究组（50例）患者年龄范围为25～48岁，平均（37.89±5.46）岁;对一般资料予以统计学分析，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），可以比较。
