精细化管理模式在脑卒中危重患者护理质量管理中的应用效果分析

[摘要] 目的 研究精细化管理模式在脑卒中危重患者管理质量管理中的应用效果。方法 选择2017年1月—2018年1月医院收治的脑卒中危重患者104例，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组52例。对照组采用常规管理模式，观察组采用精细化管理模式。比较两组管理质量管理不合格情况以及两组患者的满意度。结果 观察组管理质量管理不合格率为3.85%，低于对照组的19.23%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组的管理总满意率为92.31%，高于对照组的73.08%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 在脑卒中危重患者管理质量管理中，应用精细化管理模式，能够减少管理质量管理不合格情况，提升患者满意度，应用效果理想。

Analysis of Application Effect of Refined Management Mode in Nursing Quality Management of Critically Ill Patients with Stroke

[Abstract] Objective To study the application effect of refined management mode in the management of critical quality of stroke patients. Methods A total of 104 patients with severe stroke who were admitted to the hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group， with 52 cases in each group. The control group adopted the conventional management mode， and the observation group adopted the refined management mode. The two groups were compared for management quality management failure and the satisfaction of the two groups of patients. Results The failure rate of management quality management in the observation group was 3.85%， which was lower than 19.23% in the control group， with statistically significant difference（P<0.05）. The total management satisfaction rate in the observation group was 92.31%， which was higher than 73.08% in the control group， with statistically significant difference（P<0.05）. Conclusion In the management of critically ill stroke patients， the application of refined management mode can reduce the unqualified management quality management， improve patient satisfaction， and the application effect is very satisfactory.

在神經内科疾病中，脑卒中比较常见，对患者生活质量和身体健康均有较大的影响。特别是对于脑卒中危重患者来说，由于随时可能会出现生命危险，因而对于临床管理质量有着更高的要求。脑卒中危重患者一般容易合并多个系统疾病，长时间卧床，生活自理困难等。如果管理不当，将容易导致患者出现不良情况，甚至威胁患者生命[1]。精细化管理在当前临床护理质量管理中应用越来越广泛，通过对精益求精管理目标的追求，对职责分工加以明确，推进业务流程优化，进而使管理质量管理得到整体的提升。基于此，该文选择2017年1月—2018年1月医院收治的脑卒中危重患者104例，研究了精细化管理模式在脑卒中危重患者护理质量管理中的应用效果，现报道如下。

1  资料与方法

1.1  一般资料

选择医院收治的脑卒中危重患者104例，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组52例。对照组中男性患者28例，女性患者24例，年龄54～84岁，平均年龄（70.3±2.4）岁;观察组中男性患者30例，女性患者22例，年龄55～86岁，平均年龄（70.5±2.6）岁。……
