在临床抢救急危重患者中运用护理管理流程的施行疗效分析

[摘要] 目的 分析在临床抢救急危重患者中运用护理管理流程的施行疗效。方法 2018年7月—2019年7月收治74例急危重患者为研究对象，双盲法分组，常规组37例患者实施常规护理流程，实验组37例患者运用护理管理流程，分析疗效。结果 实验组患者分诊评估时间、急救时间较常规组短，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。实验组患者救治成功率97.30%，显著高于常规组;实验组患者死亡率2.70%，致残率5.41%，显著低于常规组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。实验组患者家属满意度97.30%，高于常规组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 在临床抢救急危重患者中运用护理管理流程，可显著提高救治成功率，减少死亡率，缩短抢救时间，提高患者家属满意度。

Analysis of the Effect of Applying Nursing Management Process in Clinical Rescue of Critically Ill Patients

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the effect of applying nursing management process in the clinical rescue of critically ill patients. Methods A total of 74 critically ill patients were studied. They were treated from July 2018 to July 2019. They were divided into two groups by double-blind method. The routine nursing procedure was performed in 37 patients in the conventional group， and the nursing management procedure was used in 37 patients in the experimental group to analyze the curative effect. Results The time of triage and assessment and the emergency time of patients in the experimental group were shorter than those in the conventional group， which was statistically significant difference（P<0.05）. The treatment success rate of patients in the experimental group was 97.30%， which was significantly higher than that in the conventional group. The mortality of the experimental group was 2.70%， and the disability rate was 5.41%， which was significantly lower than that in the conventional group， which was statistically significant difference（P<0.05）. The family satisfaction of patients in the experimental group was 97.30%， which was higher than that in the conventional group， which was statistically significant difference（P<0.05）. Conclusion The use of nursing management procedures in clinical rescue of critically ill patients can significantly improve the success rate of treatment， reduce mortality， shorten the rescue time， and improve the satisfaction of patients' families.

急危重患者具有病情發展速度快、病情危重的特点，多为严重多发伤、器官衰竭、窒息、休克等类型的患者，抢救过程中时间即生命，如未能在有效的时间内实施抢救或抢救措施不当，将严重危及患者生命安全，因此为保证抢救效率，需实施有效的护理管理。加强对危急重症患者护理管理是保障生命安全的必要因素，是提高护理水平的重要环节，同时是避免发生医疗纠纷的客观需求。护理管理流程的实施可有组织、有目的地消除或减少护理风险，解决急救顺序中存在的矛盾，弥补不足，缩短急救时间，尽最大可能实施安全保障，提升急救效率[1]。该文鉴于分析在临床抢救急危重患者中运用护理管理流程的施行疗效，特以2018年7月—2019年7月该院急诊接收的74例急危重患者为研究对象进行该研究。现报道如下。

1  资料与方法

1.1  一般资料

74例急危重患者为研究对象，双盲法分组，常规组37例、实验组37例。常规组男18例，女19例;年龄最大70岁，年龄最小24岁，平均年龄（47.4±3.4）岁;危重症类型：严重心脑血管疾病14例，胰腺炎4例，消化道出血6例、药物中毒7例，其他6例。……
