我国互联网金融监管的研究热点与发展趋势

摘 要：通过分析近年来我国互联网金融监管领域的相关文献，梳理及预测目前我国互联网金融监管领域的研究热点以及未来发展趋势，为后续的研究提供参考。检索中国知网核心期刊中以“‘互联网金融并含‘监管”为主题词的相关文献，运用Citespace软件对所检索的文献进行可视化分析并生成知识图谱。从发文数量上来看，2013—2016年发文量迅速增长，2017年至今发文量呈现缓慢下降的趋势。高频关键词有互联网金融、金融监管、金融风险、金融创新等。突现词有网贷风险、“监管沙盒”、监管创新、大数据、普惠金融等。通过分析可知，创新监管方式、完善监管体制、应用监管技术是该领域的研究热点，完善互联网金融征信体系、探索消费者权益保护路径、优化监管主体合作机制是前沿研究领域。

Abstract：By analyzing the relevant literature in the field of Internet financial supervision in recent years，sorting out and predicting the current research hotspot and future development trend in the field of Internet financial supervision in China，this paper provides reference for the follow-up research.By searching the related literature of "Internet finance" and "supervision" in the core journals of China HowNet，this paper uses Citespace software to visually analyze the literature and generate knowledge map.The results are：In terms of the number of posts，the number of Posts increased rapidly from 2013 to 2016，and has declined slowly since 2017;High frequency keywords include Internet finance，financial supervision，financial risk，financial innovation，etc.The emerging words include online loan risk，"regulatory sandbox"，regulatory innovation，big data，inclusive finance，etc.It can be seen from the analysis that innovation of supervision mode，improvement of supervision system and application of supervision technology are the research hotspots in this field，while improvement of Internet financial credit system，exploration of consumer rights protection path and optimization of supervision subject cooperation mechanism are the research frontier fields.

0 引言

随着现代网络技术的普及，互联网与金融行业正进行着深刻变革与深度融合，形成了集第三方支付、众筹融资、P2P借贷以及虚拟货币等多种形式的新型金融创新模式，即互联网金融[1]。互联网金融的快速发展给我国的经济发展注入了强劲动力，但与此同时，我国政府缺乏相关的法律法规调控，相关方面的金融监管尤其是互联网金融方面的监管仍然比较薄弱。在互联网金融领域，存在着信用风险、交易风险、流动性风险等一系列金融风险，因此，对互联网金融领域进行进一步的监管十分必要。……
