小型水电站设计过程中的管理对策研究

摘要：想要推动我国水电方面更好发展，就需要从细节处着手，重视小型水电站的设计与建设。但是就小型水电站的设计与建设现状来看，依然存在诸多问题，比如没有区分开小型与大中型水电站意见的差异，导致在设计过程就出现错误，从而影响到小型水电站的后期使用。基于此，本文对小型水电站设计过程中的管理对策进行充分研究。

Abstract： In order to promote the better development of hydropower in China， it is necessary to pay attention to the design and construction of small hydropower stations from the details. However， there are still many problems in the design and construction of small hydropower stations. For example， there is no difference between the opinions of small hydropower stations and large and medium-sized hydropower stations， which leads to errors in the design process and affects the later use of small hydropower stations. Based on this， this paper fully studies the management countermeasures in the design process of small hydropower station.

0  引言

在建设小型水电站之前，需要对其进行设计，而在对其进行设计的过程中，需要注意诸多事项，一旦设计环节出现问题，那么会对后期的建设以及使用造成严重影响。因此，在对小型水电站进行设计的过程中，需要将新技术、新材料以及新设施融入到其中，通过设计促使其得有效运用;也就是说，相关工作人员需要加强对小型水电站设计工作的关注度，采取有效的管理对策，对小型水电站设计过程中出现的问题进行解决，从而为后期工程施工提供保障。

1  小型水电站设计过程中出现的问题

1.1 设计人员的设计理念过于老旧

在对小型水电站进行设计的过程中，所设计内容应该包含四点，其一，要保证施工设施足够可靠;其二，要保证整体施工便利;其三，要保证施工成本最优化;其四，要保证施工技术具有可操作性，从而确保小型水电站的后期施工不会出现问题，在投入使用之后能够达到预期效果。但是在实际设计过……
