利用小学体育有效教学培养学生健康人格

摘  要：小学教育作为我国基础教育事业中的一部分，随着素质教育理念的推广及落实，小学教育在注重学生文化课学习的同时亦提升了对体育教育的重视。小学体育教学的开展有利于学生的身心健康，小学生好奇心重且模仿力强，尚处于人格培养的启蒙阶段，本文结合实际教学经验分析人格概念、分析小学体育有效教学对学生健康人格培养的意义，提出具体的培养策略以供参考。

Using effective physical education in primary school to cultivate students' healthy personality

Abstract： As a part of the basic education in our country， with the promotion and implementation of the concept of quality-oriented education， primary education not only pays attention to students' learning of cultural courses， but also enhances the importance of physical education. The development of primary school physical education is conducive to the physical and mental health of students. Primary school students are still in the initial stage of personality cultivation due to their strong curiosity and imitation. This paper analyzes the concept of personality， the significance of effective physical education in primary school to the cultivation of healthy personality， and puts forward specific cultivation strategies for reference.

小学教育因学生的年龄特点而存在一定难度，该阶段内学生的认知能力不足，综合素质尚需培养，需要教育工作者的充分、适当引导及鼓励。体育教育作为我国教育事业的一部分，教学活动中包含合作独立竞争等环节，引导并培养着学生的乐观开朗坚韧等良好品质，因科目特性影响在培养学生健康人格方面具备着得天独厚的内在优势，小学体育教师在实际授课中应结合各项体育运动特点，及时引导并培养学生的健康人格，在帮助学生进行体育锻炼的同时促进学生的心理健康，促进小学学生的全面发展。

1  人格概念及健康人格培养意义解析

1.1 人格概念解析

人格又称个性，最初指代国外演员在舞台表演中所佩戴、使用的多种面具，后该词被心理学中借以运用，人格的外在表现可理解为个体在社会不同环境中的语言行为思想等，总体来讲，人格一词涵盖了个体较为明显的性格、特点、态度和习惯等，是个人在不同组织环境例如家庭或学校等环境中能力、道德、思想、权利、义务、性格、气质的总和。……
