篮球教学的高效课堂研究

摘  要：自新课标实施以来，体育教学有了一定程度的提高，但是篮球课堂教学中仍存在诸多的问题，体育教师的教学方法落后、教学过程枯燥无味、教学内容不符合学生学习，这些问题造成了学生积极性不高，教学效率低下的问题。本文就此问题进行展开，对如何提高篮球教学课堂的高效性进行研究，希望能为提高我国学校体育教学的篮球教学高效课堂提供借鉴。

Efficient classroom research on Basketball Teaching

Abstract： Since the implementation of the new curriculum standard， physical education has improved to a certain extent， but there are still many problems in the basketball classroom teaching. Teachers still use the traditional model of demonstration， explanation and practice， pay too much attention to the systematic teaching of technology， and neglect the students' interest orientation in sports needs， resulting in students' low enthusiasm and teaching efficiency. This paper studies how to improve the efficiency of basketball teaching， hoping to provide reference for improving the efficiency of basketball teaching.

在新課标指导下的体育教学项目数量较多，范围较广，灵活性也较强。其中，篮球运动是学生所喜欢运动中的一种，其在体育教学的选项中，有60%以上的学生首选篮球运动作为自己的首要锻炼项目。本文对如何提高学生篮球技术并且培养学生兴趣、爱好，打造高效篮球课堂进行简要分析。

1  篮球的益处

篮球是一项有意义的运动。从身体方面来说，篮球运动能够锻炼身体，使自己的身体强壮;从身心上说，篮球运动能够提高人的气质，提高精神面貌;而且打篮球能锻炼对团队合作的认识，因为它需要团队合作，需要用身体对抗，需要勇敢挑战，需要大家相互配合，能结交一群很好的朋友，让自己成为一个豁达的人。注重篮球锻炼，让其成为自己的兴趣爱好，无论对学习还是对生活都会很很大的帮助。

2  篮球教学的现状
