三网融合视角下有线电视宽带网络运营中存在的问题分析

【摘要】这里所指的三网融合，就是电信、广播电视及互联网三者之间的融合，这一现象的出现也是网络、数字及计算机三大技术发展及产业融合的结果，其自身的影响力早已经不局限在技术层面，并且已经成为了建设信息社会的重要内容。并且这一技术的出现也为有线电视行业的发展带来了机遇。但不可否认的一点是，当前有线电视宽带网络运营中依旧存着一些问题，对于有线电视行业的发展造成了阻碍。基于此，本文围绕着有线电视宽带网络运营问题及其解决措施展开了研究。

Abstract： The triple play refers to the integration of telecommunications， radio， television and the Internet. This phenomenon is also the result of the development of network， digital and computer technologies and the integration of industries. Its own influence is not limited to the technical level， and has become an important part of building an information society. And the emergence of this technology also brings opportunities for the development of cable TV industry. However， it is undeniable that there are still some problems in the operation of CATV broadband network， which hinder the development of CATV industry. Based on this， this paper focuses on the problems and solutions of CATV broadband network operation.

三網融合的定义是我国“十五”发展纲要中率先提出的，旨在实现电信、广播电视以及互联网的有机融合，促进科技的进步。三网融合的出现源于时代的变迁、技术的进步和经济的发展，在当前快速发展的信息技术领域内，三网融合是信息技术发展的重要趋势之一。

在这种背景下，有线电视行业在运营中将会面临更多的问题，其中最为关键的问题就是三网融合之后的有线电视行业发展问题。为了更好的适应在三网融合之后的市场需求，全国各地纷纷以现存的有线电视及数字电视网络作为基础，着手建立属于自己的宽带服务网络，希望以此来全面提升有线电视的综合市场竞争力。但由于建设及进入市场的时间相对较短，在其宽带网络运营中的问题，已经制约了有线电视行业的进一步发展，为此，本文就解决有线电视宽带网络运营问题展开了相应的研究。……
