浅谈初中生体育与健康学习兴趣的培养

摘要：兴趣是学生最好的老师，初中生的兴趣爱好十分广泛，特别是对体育课程的内容、形式都有浓厚的兴趣。但是在传统的体育教学模式下，在一定程度上限制了初中生对体育学习的兴趣，导致有些学生对体育课程产生了排斥心理。因此，在教育教学的过程中，体育教师在应当注重合理化安排教学形式与教学内容，才能够激发初中生对体育课的兴趣，从而促进初中生健康学习的习惯。本文就此分析初中生体育与健康学习兴趣的培养。

Abstract： Interest is the best teacher for students. Junior high school students have a wide range of interests， especially in the content and form of PE courses. However， under the traditional physical education teaching mode， junior middle school students' interest in physical education learning is limited to some extent， which leads to some students' psychological rejection of physical education courses. Therefore， in the process of education and teaching， physical education teachers should pay attention to the reasonable arrangement of teaching form and teaching content， so as to stimulate the interest of junior high school students in physical education， so as to promote the habit of healthy learning of junior high school students. This paper analyzes the cultivation of junior middle school students' interest in sports and healthy learning.

在初中生的体育教学中，兴趣的培养显得尤为重要，培养学生的体育兴趣爱好，十分有必要。在体育教学教育的过程中，体育教师应当加强与学生的交流和了解，才能更好地知道初中生对体育课程的建议和学生对体育学习的需求。当学生在学习自己感兴趣的课程和知识时，就会集中精力学习知识、吃透知识，这样学习起来才会有事半功倍的效果。体育课程开课以来都是以传统的学习模式教育学生，但这种课程模式枯燥乏味，不能引起学生的兴趣，因此，如何培养初中生体育学习兴趣成为体育课程教学一项最重要的任务。

1 影响初中生培养体育兴趣的原因

在现代社会的教育模式下，大多数家庭和学校都重视文化课的教育，对体育等课程普遍存在轻视现象，而这种错误的思想教育也直接导致了初中生对体育课程的不重视，许多家长都认为体育课只能让学生玩学不到知识和能力，也不能促进初中生的智力发展，从而初中生也认为上体育课不如在自习室学习知识，这就严重导致初中生对体育课产生排斥心理。……
