风险管理在手术室护理管理中的应用分析

[摘要] 目的 分析风险管理在手术室护理管理中的应用效果。方法 选择2018年10月—2019年10月在该院工作的40名手术室护士，随机分组，加强风险管理的20名为风险组，给予常规管理的20名为常规组，观察两组风险管理情况及风险事件发生率。结果 风险组安全知识评分（95.32±4.71）分、风险意识评分（97.11±4.82）分、风险防范评分（95.39±4.82）分、法律知识评分（96.78±4.12）分高于常规组（P<0.05），风险组护士满意度95.00%高于常规组70.00%（P<0.05），风险组风险事件发生率1.10%低于常规组6.08%（P<0.05）。 结论 手术室护理管理实施风险管理的应用可有效提升护士风险意识、安全意识及风险防范能力，继而减少风险事件的发生，推广使用价值较高。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the effect of risk management in nursing management of operating room. Methods Forty operating room nurses who worked in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were randomly divided into 20 groups with enhanced risk management as the risk group and 20 cases with routine management as the regular group. Management situation and incidence of risk events were observed. Results The safety knowledge score （95.32±4.71）points， risk awareness score （97.11±4.82）points， risk prevention score （95.39±4.82）points， and legal knowledge score （96.78±4.12）points of the risk group were higher than those of the conventional group （P<0.05）， the satisfaction rate of nurses in the risk group was 95.00% higher than that in the conventional group 70.00%（P<0.05）， and the incidence rate of risk events in the risk group was 1.10% lower than that in the conventional group 6.08%（P<0.05）. Conclusion The application of risk management in the nursing management of the operating room can effectively enhance the nurses' risk awareness， safety awareness and risk prevention ability， and then reduce the occurrence of risk events， and the promotion and use value is higher.

作为医院重要救治场所，手术室患者具有病情重、病死率高的特点，经常会出现突发性意外，不仅增加了抢救工作任务量，还会引发医患纠纷[1]。此外在手术室护理工作中，为挽回患者生命，护士需保持较快的工作节奏，一点小疏忽都会导致风险事件的发生，威胁患者生命安全，要求护士长时间处于精神集中状态，并具有较高的工作责任心及耐性，无形中加重了護士的精神负担[2]。作为护患纠纷多发的部门，手术室需加强风险管理，预测分析手术室可能出现的风险，并制定应对措施，提高手术室护理工作的安全性及规范性，以减少风险事件的发生，打造和谐医患关系[3-4]。故该研究选择2018年10月—2019年10月在该院工作的40名手术室护士，旨在分析风险管理在手术室护理管理中的应用效果，现报道如下。

1  资料与方法

1.1  一般资料

选择在该院工作的40名手术室护士，随机分组，风险组：共有护士20名，年龄21～42岁，平均年龄为（28.73±4.62）岁;从业时间1～9年，平均从业时间（4.17±1.69）年;选择其服务的181例患者，男94例，女87例;年龄21～64岁，平均年龄（38.94±10.21）岁。常规组：共有护士20例，年龄19～43岁，平均年龄为（29.64±4.18）岁;从业时间1～8年，平均从业时间（4.59±1.32）年;选择其服务的181例患者，男96例，女85例;年龄23～66岁，平均年龄（37.58±10.44）岁。两组一般资料差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。

1.2  方法

常规组实施常规管理，即将无菌操作贯穿围手术期，密切监测生命体征，出现异常及时处理。
