多维度探究新形势高校思想政治教育工作创新性研究

摘  要：多维度探究新形势高校思想政治教育工作创新性，既关乎到当代高校学生的德育综合素质的培养效果，也能反映出当前高效思政教育工作所处的水平。文章就立足于新形势下高校思想政治教育工作多维度创新的必要性，以及目前高校思想政治教育工作开展的现状与问题，针对多维度实现高校思想政治教育工作创新的路径进行深入的探索，即：借助“微课”形式创新思想政治教育教学模式、积极开展丰富多彩、主题鲜明的校园文化活动、强化思想政治教育中对于“微平台”的利用，利用“慕课”对思想政治教育工作加以补充，等等。

Abstract： To explore the innovation of ideological and political education in colleges from different dimensions is not only related to the training effect of comprehensive moral education quality for the contemporary college students， but also reflects the current level of effective ideological and political education. Based on the necessity of multi-dimensional innovation of ideological and political education in colleges under the new situation， as well as the current situation and problems of ideological and political education in colleges and universities， the article explores the path of multi-dimensional realization of ideological and political education in colleges： to innovate the teaching mode of ideological and political education with the aid of "micro-class" form， to carry out rich and colorful campus cultural activities with distinct themes actively， to strengthen the use of "micro-platform" in ideological and political education， and to  use the "MOOCs" as the supplement to ideological and political education work， and so on.

引言

隨着时代的发展和教育的改革，特别是习总书记在全国思想政治教育工作方面作出明确的部署之后，我国的高校思想政治教育工作也迎来了新的发展阶段。旧有的思想政治教育方法和工作思路已不再适应现有的发展要求，为此，多维度探究新形势高校思想政治教育工作创新性已经是迫在眉睫，文章将就立足这一课题进行深入的探讨与研究。

一、新形势下高校思想政治教育工作多维度创新的必要性

所谓的新形势，指的就是我国已经迈向中国特色社会主义道路的发展新阶段。这一阶段中，人才无疑是发展的核心要素，知识与技能、素质与能力兼具的人才成为高校人才培养的新目标。……
