高校“三风一室”建设的理论探索

摘  要：高校中学风建设、考风建设、学生寝室建设工作都是紧紧围绕提高人才培养质量的，是以学生为中心，把握学生思想特点和成长发展需求的，探索高校学生思想政治教育工作中各项工作任务之间的内在关系，构建以辅导员队伍作风、学风、考风、学生寝室建设为核心的“三风一室”学生思想政治教育工作体系，使辅导员明确工作重点，以重点工作带动其他工作有效开展，以重点工作补齐短板，可以充分提高学生思想政治教育工作效率和质量，形成大学生人人渴望成才、人人努力成才、人人皆可成才、人人尽展其才的良好局面，对促进我国公民的全面发展、增强我国国民的创新、创造能力，实现“中国梦”的目标具有决定意义。

Abstract： The construction of the style of study， the style of examination and the dormitory of students in colleges and universities are closely centered on improving the quality of personnel training. It is student-centered， grasps the ideological characteristics of students and the needs of their growth and development， explores the internal relationship between various tasks in the ideological and political education of college students， and constructs a team of counselors. The ideological and political education work system of "three moraleand one room" with style of work， style of study， style of examination and dormitory construction as its core enables counselors to clarify the focus of their work， promote other work effectively with key work， and make up for the shortcomings with key work， which can fully improve the efficiency and quality of students' ideological and political education work. Every college student is eager to become a talent， everyone strives to become a talent， everyone can become a talent， and everyone shows their talents to the best of their ability. It is of decisive significance to promote the comprehensive development of our citizens， enhance our national innovation and creativity， and realize the goal of the "Chinese Dream".

教育部部长陈宝生在2019年全国教育工作会议上指出：“让立德树人回归社会、回归家庭、回归生活，以新的方式推进立德树人工作，培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人”。在高等教育内涵式发展的今天，高校学生思想政治教育工作需要进行理论与实践的创新。

一、“三风一室”概念解析

一般来说，高校“三风”指的是校风、教风、学风，也有指校风、学风、教风的，总体而言，“三风”是学校整体面貌的集中体现。在参考现有研究成果基础之上，从高校学生思想政治教育角度对高校的“三风”进行全新解读，将其定为“辅导员队伍作风、大学生学风及考风”。……
