分析影响严重烧伤患者睡眠质量的因素

摘要 目的：關于对严重烧伤患者睡眠质量产生影响的因素调查，以便为临床干预工作提供科学参考。方法：选取2017年11月至2019年4月蚌埠市第三人民医院收治的严重烧伤患者68例作为研究对象，按照睡眠质量分为观察组（睡眠质量佳）与对照组（睡眠质量较好），每组34例，对2组患者临床资料进行回顾性分析和统计，调查严重烧伤患者睡眠质量不佳的因素。结果：本文观察组患者当中心理质量不佳的患者30例，占88.24%，存在严重疼痛的患者31例，占91.18%，对环境格外敏感的患者30例，占88.24%，而对照组分别为11例，占32.35%、10例，占29.41%和12例，占35.29%，2组患者进行差异性比较，P<0.05，存在统计学意义。结论：临床对严重烧伤患者睡眠质量产生影响的因素主要包括不良心理因素、疼痛因素和环境因素影响，临床应提高对此的重视，同时采取有效措施进行针对性的干预，能够促进患者生命质量的提升。

The Factors Affecting Sleep Quality in Patients with Severe Burns were Analyzed

Abstract Objective：To investigate the factors affecting sleep quality in patients with severe burns，so as to provide scientific reference for clinical intervention.Methods：A totoal of 68 cases form 2017 November to April 2019 in bengbu the third people′s hospital treated 68 cases of patients with severe burn as the research object，according to the sleep quality is divided into observation group and control group，the poor quality of sleep of 34 patients as observation group，34 patients with a better quality of sleep as a control，the clinical data of 2 groups of patients were retrospectively analyzed and the statistics，investigation and severely burned patients with poor sleep quality factors.Results：The observation group of patients with poor psychological quality of the patients，30 cases（88.24%），31 patients with severe pain，accounted for 91.18%，particularly sensitive to the environment of patients，30 cases（88.24%），while the control group in 11 cases，respectively，32.35%，10 cases，12 cases（29.41%）and，accounted for 35.29%，two groups of patients are compared，and the differences P<0.05，there is statistical significance.Conclusion：The clinical factors affecting the sleep quality of patients with severe burns mainly include adverse psychological factors，pain factors and environmental factors，which should be paid more attention to and effective measures should be taken to carry out targeted intervention，which can promote the improvement of patients′ life quality.

临床存在一些严重烧伤的患者，因为多种因素的影响导致睡眠质量不佳，这也会直接对患者的愈后等相关情况产生影响，不利于患者临床效果的提高[1]。我们选取我院收治的严重烧伤患者68例作为研究对象，现将结果报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选取2017年11月至2019年4月蚌埠市第三人民医院收治的严重烧伤患者68例作为研究对象，按照睡眠质量分为观察组（睡眠质量佳）与对照组（睡眠质量较好），每组34例。观察组中男18例，女16例，年龄32～64岁，平均年龄（45.22±12.31）岁;对照组中男17例，女17例，年龄33～65岁，平均年龄（46.52±11.24）岁。一般资料经统计学分析，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），具有可比性。

1.2 纳入标准 1）本文所有患者均为严重烧伤患者，诊断符合严重烧伤的诊断标准;2）本文所有患者的烧伤入院时间均在……
