Abstract Objective:To analyze the clinical significance of polysomnography in patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods:From March 2017 to April 2018,50 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were selected as the experimental subjects to conduct polysomnography monitoring and analyze the respiratory status of patients during sleep. Results:The results showed that SaO2% was(80.26±5.21)% when awake,(62.45±8.61)% when sleeping,(20.26±8.21)% when SaO2% was reduced, and hypoxemia was more serious than that in the daytime; 8 cases of respiratory disorder were 43,2,34,6,and SaO2% was 54%,55% when awake,33%,31% when SaO2% was reduced, which was consistent with the diagnosis of overlap syndrome. Conclusion:It is of great significance for the implementation of polysomnography monitoring in patients with dyspnea due to chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
