睡眠护理干预改善脑梗死患者睡眠质量的临床效果观察

摘要 目的：探究睡眠护理干预对脑梗死患者睡眠质量的临床改善效果。方法：选取2017年8月至2018年11月福建医科大学附属泉州第一医院收治的脑梗死患者86例作为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组43例。观察组采用睡眠护理，对照组采用常规护理，比较2组的睡眠质量[匹兹堡睡眠质量指数（PSQI）]评分及护理满意度。结果：观察组的PQSI各项评分显著低于对照组，护理满意度显著高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：睡眠护理干预可显著改善脑梗死患者的睡眠质量，提高护理满意度。

Observation on the Improvement Effect of Sleep Quality of 43 Patients with Cerebral Infarction

Abstract Objective：To explore the clinical improvement effect of sleep nursing for sleep quality of patients with cerebral infarction.Methods：A total of 86 patients with cerebral infarction in Quanzhou First Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from August 2017 to November 2018 were divided into control group（routine nursing group）43 cases and observation group（sleep nursing group）43 cases according to the differences of nursing methods.Then the sleep quality[Pittsburgh sleep quality index（PSQI）]and satisfaction for nursing of two groups were compared.Results：The PQSI scores of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group，and satisfaction for nursing was significantly higher than that of control group，there were statistically significant differences（P<0.05）.Conclusion：The sleep nursing intervention can significantly improve the sleep quality of patients with cerebral infarction and improve nursing satisfaction.

脑梗死患者通常会出现语言障碍、智力障碍、半身不遂和猝然昏迷等，伴随着脑水肿。患者会出现睡眠障碍，进而使得生命质量极大地降低，且在一定程度上影响病情的恢复[1]。通过药物进行治疗能够有效缓解病情，然而却易引起不良反应，而且气质性病变难以恢复。通过一定的护理措施进行干预能够提高其睡眠质量和生命质量[2]。因此我们采用睡眠护理干预脑梗死伴睡眠障碍患者，取得了良好的效果，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料 选取2017年8月至2018年11月福建医科大学附属泉州第一医院收治的脑梗死患者86例作为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组43例。观察组中男23例，女20例，年龄50～73岁，平均年龄（61.73±2.68）岁。对照组中男24例，女19例，年龄51～72岁，平均年龄（62.24±2.82）岁。一般资料经统计学分析，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），具有可比性。

1.2 纳入标准 1）符合第四届全国脑血管疾病学术会议制定的脑梗死相关诊断标准者;2）伴随睡眠障碍者;3）首次患脑梗死且生命体征正常者;4）对本研究知情同意并签署知情同意书者。
