新媒体环境对高校档案管理的影响及对策创新

摘 要 对于高校档案工作，新媒体带来了巨大的信息量，同时也为管理方式带来了跨越式变革。步入新媒体时代，为保证高校的档案管理工作能够顺利进行，有必要在新媒体环境下建立全新的档案管理方式。文章针对我国高校在新媒体环境下档案管理方面出现的问题进行了探究，着重提出了相应的对策，希望以此对高校档案管理工作发展进程起到一定推动作用。

Abstract For archival work in colleges and universities， the new media have brought a huge amount of information. But at the same time， it has brought a leap-forward change to the management mode. In the era of new media， in order to ensure the smooth progress of archives management in colleges and universities， it is necessary to establish a new way of archives management in the new media environment. This paper probes into the problems of archives management in the new media environment of colleges and universities in China， and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures， hoping to promote the development of archives management in colleges and universities.

自第三次科技革命开始，人类社会逐步迈入信息化、网络化时代，新媒体工具应运而生，于潜移默化中逐渐改变着人们获取、交流信息的手段和方式。新媒体本质上指：“建立在数字技术和网络技术基础上的各种媒体形式，是能对大众同时提供个性化内容的媒体，是传播者和接受者融会成对等的交流者、无数的交流者之间又可以同时进行个性化交流的媒体。”[1]新媒体环境下建立的高校档案管理体系，在工作内容和工作方式等方面都与传统档案管理模式有所区别，单一遵循旧制度、旧方法进行管理必然难以满足现实工作中的需求，很容易落入故步自封的窠臼。采用新媒体工具进行档案管理工作，要求我们具备足够的创新意识以及发展眼光，对待问题具备多方向思考能力，对传统管理方式取其精华的同时，摒弃落后于时代的管理观念和工作方法。……
