老年糖尿病患者睡眠障碍原因及护理对策

摘要 随着经济社会发展，中国逐渐步入老龄化社会，老龄化的迅速发展要求医务人员采取积极的护理措施以控制睡眠障碍对老年人的影响，对提高老年人的生命质量极其重要。据调查显示，60岁以上的老年人57%会出现睡眠障碍。本文主要研究分析老年人睡眠障碍的原因及临床表现，重视睡眠障碍的危害和不良影响，通过研究有效的护理措施，希望能够指导临床与护理工作者做好老年人睡眠障碍的护理工作，帮助老年人积极应对睡眠障碍，保证其能够健康快乐地享受晚年生活。

Causes and Nursing Countermeasures of Sleep Disorder in Elderly Diabetic Patients

Abstract With the development of economy and society，China has gradually stepped into an aging society.The rapid development of aging requires medical personnel to take active nursing measures to control the impact of sleep disorders on the elderly，which is extremely important to improve the quality of life of the elderly.According to the survey，57% of the elderly over 60 years old have sleep disorders.This paper mainly studies and analyzes the causes and clinical manifestations of sleep disorders in the elderly，pays attention to the harm and adverse effects of sleep disorders，through the study of effective nursing measures，hoping to guide clinical and nursing workers to do a good job in the nursing work of sleep disorders in the elderly，to help the elderly actively deal with sleep disorders，and to ensure that they can enjoy their old age life healthily and happily.

睡眠障碍（Sleep Disorder）是指由于睡眠的解剖部位发生病变或生理功能紊乱引起睡眠质量的异常或在睡眠时发生某些临床症状。常表现为患者夜间入睡困难，不能长时间连续睡眠，夜间经常醒来或清晨早醒，第2天醒来没有睡眠满足感和精神饱满的感觉[1]。目前，老年糖尿病患者的睡眠障碍已经受到国内外学者的主要关注，在临床护理中也成为重要的护理内容，因此研究老年糖尿病患者睡眠障碍原因及护理对策具有重要临床意义。

1 老年糖尿病患者睡眠障碍的发病率

在当今随着生活水平的提高、人口老龄化、饮食链及生活方式的改变，老年糖尿病患者的数量也在逐渐增加[2]。由于患者出现烦躁、尿急、夜间排尿次数多以及夜间饥饿等糖尿病的症状，老年糖尿病患者极易造成睡眠障碍。……
