中西医结合治疗功能性子宫出血临床疗效及患者睡眠质量随访研究

摘要 目的：探讨中西医结合治疗功能性子宫出血临床疗效，对患者睡眠质量进行随访研究。方法：选取2019年1月至2019年8月辽宁大连庄河市中心医院门诊妇科收治的首诊确认的功能性子宫出血的患病女性50例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组25例。对照组对患者给药芬嗎通，观察组在服用对照组西药芬吗通的同时加服中成药妇康片。疗程结束后对比治疗有效情况及睡眠情况。结果：治疗有效情况（有效率）：对照组18例（72%）观察组24例（96%），比较发现观察组中西药联合治疗效果更好，差异有统计学与意义（P<0.05）;通过治疗后2组患者的睡眠质量均有所提高，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），但观察组的睡眠质量提高更为明显，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;观察组患者的PQSI评分7个指标与对照组患者比较明显降低，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：中西医结合治疗功能性子宫出血有效率更高，改善患者的睡眠质量效果更佳，值得在实际临床上，推广和使用。

Follow-up Study on the Clinical Efficacy of Combined Chinese and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Functional Uterine Bleeding and the Quality of Sleep

Abstract Objective：To evaluate the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of functional uterine bleeding，and to evaluate the sleep quality of patients before and after treatment.Methods：A total of 50 patients with functional uterine bleeding confirmed by our department from January 2019 to August 2019 in our hospita were enrolledl.They were randomly assigned to control group and observation group.The control group was given Fentonone，while the observation group was given Chinese medicine Fukang tablets on the basis of the control group.After the end of the treatment，the treatment efficiency and sleep were compared.Results：Effectiveness of treatment（effectiveness）：18 patients（72%）in the control group，while 24% in the observation group.It shows that the combination of Chinese and Western medicine treatment was better（P<0.05）.All of them were improved（P<0.05），but the sleep quality of the observation group was more obvious（P<0.05）.The PQSI scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the conventional group（P<0.05）.Conclusion：Integrative Chinese and Western medicine is more effective in treating functional uterine bleeding，and it is better to improve the quality of sleep of patients.It is worthy of promotion and use in actual clinical practice.

功能性子宫出血属于一种易发且治疗难度相对较大的的妇科疾病，是指妇女子宫出现异常出血，临床检查没有生殖器官器质及全身性病变。导致子宫出血的原因是内分泌系统失调，患病妇女症状表现为不规律的月经周期、经期时间变长、月经期血量过多及出血异常[1-2]。功能性子宫出血患者容易出现血红蛋白较低等情况，出现继发性贫血，并容易感染;还很有可能会对患病妇女的生育能力产生影响[3]。由于患病妇女对此疾病的认知能力低，而很容易出现困扰、忧虑等负情绪，而对患者睡眠质量等生命质量产生影响，患者的心理及经济负担都会增加，从而影响病情可能促使恶化[4]。本病高发人群是女性青春期和更年期，发病率高且治愈难度又较大[5]。……
