妇科护理中安全隐患的现状及对策分析

【摘 要】目的：阐述妇科护理工作期间可能存在的安全隐患，并提出针对性改进措施。方法：2018年5月起至2019年5月选择我院妇科收治患者90例分为两组，对照组常规护理干预，观察组预防护理干预，统计并计算各组患者出现安全隐患的概率，评估两组护理质量及患者满意度。结果：观察组患者住院期间发生安全隐患的总概率明顯低于对照组（P<0.05）。同时，观察组护理质量评分（92.45±2.02）、患者满意度评分（95.15±1.14）均明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：妇科开展护理工作期间应分析可能存在的安全隐患并做好预防处理工作，从而提高护理质量，为患者提供更为优质的服务。

【Abstract】Objective： The possible safety hidden trouble during gynecological nursing work was expounded， and the corresponding improvement measures were put forward.Methods： From May 2018 to May 2019， 90 patients who were admitted to our hospital for gynecology were divided into two groups. The control group received routine nursing intervention， the observation group took preventive nursing intervention， and the probability of occurrence of safety hazards in each group was calculated and evaluated. Quality of care and patient satisfaction.Results： The total probability of safety hazards in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group （P < 0.05）. At the same time， the nursing quality score （92.45±2.02） and patient satisfaction score （95.15±1.14） in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group （P < 0.05）. Conclusion： In order to improve the quality of nursing and provide better services for patients， the gynecology department should analyze the possible safety risks and do a good job in prevention and treatment during the nursing work.

护理工作是临床医疗工作中十分重要的环节之一，对促进患者康复至关重要。妇科护理工作所面临的群体数目庞大，患者病情相对复杂，更增加了护理的难度[1]。为更好向患者提供优质服务，保障服务质量，就需及时发现护理期间可能存在的安全隐患，做好预防及处理工作。本文以2018.5-2019.5我院妇科收治90例患者为例，阐述妇科护理期间安全隐患因素及相应对策，具体如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1一般资料

本次研究时间选定自2018年5月起至2019年5月止，研究目标选择我院妇科收治患者90例，根据患者入院时间差异分为两组，45例对照组患者中，最小年龄23岁，最大年龄75岁，平均（42.5±1.7）岁。45例观察组患者中，最小年龄24岁，最大年龄74岁，平均（42.6±1.6）岁。比较发现，两组患者基础信息较为相近（P>0.05），符合本次研究要求。

1.2方法

对对照组患者采取常规护理，如指导患者正确用药、记录患者病情变化等。
