非农高校大学生村官培养模式创新研究

摘要 大学生村官计划开展以来，各大高校为农村输送了大量人才，为我国新农村建设提供了人才保障。同时非农高校在大学生村官人才培养中也面临着培养体系的目标与村官人才需求不匹配、培养过程缺乏灵活性等一系列问题，因此非农高校有必要考虑对现有人才培养模式进行调整。建议在现有培养体系的基础上采用“专业+职业方向”双效人才培养过程，使高校输出人才更适应社会各岗位的需求。

Study on the Innovation of Training Model of College Students Village Officials in Non-agricultural Universities

Abstract Since the implementation of the college student village official program， colleges and universities have provided a large number of talents for rural areas， and provided a talent guarantee for the construction of new rural areas in China. At the same time， non-agricultural colleges and universities are also facing a series of problems in the cultivation of college students village officials， such as the mismatch between the objectives of the training system and the needs of village officials， and the lack of flexibility in the training process. Therefore， it is necessary for non-agricultural colleges and universities to consider the adjustment of the existing personnel training mode. It is suggested that on the basis of the existing training system， it should be transformed into a dual effect training process of “professional + professional direction”， so as to make the output talents of colleges and universities more adapt to the needs of various positions in society.

“三农”工作在中国这样一个以农业为基础的大国里始终是放在首位的重要工作。随着改革开放以来城市化的推进，农村大量人力资源涌向城市，并为城市创造了辉煌;随着高考制度的恢复及户籍制度的开放，农村的人才资源也流向了城市，因此从数量和质量2个角度来看，农村成为了人才的洼地。因此，国家自2008年在全国范围推出“大学生村官计划”，为引流部分大学生人才资源回流农村发挥了重要作用。农村的人才数量与质量将直接决定农村的发展速度和发展质量，而农村的发展质量又将直接影响到国家全面高质量发展的实现。……
