医养结合型老年科护理对老年抑郁症患者的影响

【摘要】目的：探究医养结合型老年科护理对老年抑郁症患者的影响。方法：对老年科抑郁症患者70例进行调查研究，根据患者到院顺序进行编号，将编号为单数的患者分为对照组，编号为双数的患者分为观察组，两组患者采用不同的护理措施。护理后，对比两组患者焦虑、抑郁情绪评分以及对护理工作满意度。结果：护理前，两组患者焦虑、抑郁情绪评分无明显数据差异（P>0.05），护理后，观察组患者焦虑情绪评分（33.92±2.47）分、抑郁情绪评分（35.27±2.71）分，均显著优于对照组患者焦虑、抑郁情绪评分（P<0.05）;观察组患者对护理工作的满意度97.1%，显著高于对照组患者对护理工作的满意度85.7%（P<0.05）。结论：医养结合型护理在老年科护理中的应用效果显著，能有效的改善患者心理情绪，进一步提高了患者生命质量，从而使患者对护理工作更加满意与认可，具有重要的临床应用价值，值得推广。

[Abstract] Objective： To explore the effect of combined medical care and elderly care on elderly patients with depression. Methods： A survey of 70 geriatric depression

patients in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 was conducted. The patients were numbered according to the order in which they came to the hospital. Patients with odd numbers were divided into control groups， and patients with even numbers were numbered. Divided into observation group， two groups of patients used different nursing measures. After nursing， compare the anxiety and depression scores of the two groups of patients and their satisfaction with nursing work. Results： Before nursing， there was no significant data difference in anxiety and depression scores between the two groups（P>0.05）. After nursing， the observation group had significant anxiety scores（33.92±2.47）and depression scores（35.27±2.71）. It is better than the anxiety and depression scores of patients in the control group（P<0.05）; the observation group patients’satisfaction with nursing work is 97.1%， which is significantly higher than the control group patients’satisfaction with nursing work 85.7%（P<0.05）. Conclusion： The application effect of integrated medical care in geriatric nursing is significant， which can effectively improve patients’psychological mood and further improve the quality of life of patients， so that patients are more satisfied and recognized with nursing work. It has important clinical application value and is worthwhile Promotion.

近年來，随着我国国民经济的发展以及医疗水平的提高，使人类的寿命得以延长，老年人群在社会上占有较多比例，老年人群随着年龄的增加也会患有相关的疾病。老年患者由于自身情况的不同和所患疾病类型的不同，产生的痛苦也有所不同，再加上治疗老年患者是一个漫长的过程，使患者普遍存在着心情低落现象 [1]，严重者会对生活失去希望，对感兴趣的事物和活动丧失愉悦感，甚至引发抑郁症。而长期的负性情绪会影响患者的治疗效果，还可能会引发其他病症[2]，因此，选择有针对性、科学的心理护理可以改善患者的不良情绪，保持愉悦的心情抵抗病魔，促进病情恢复具有重要作用。……
