“一病一品”护理项目对脑卒中患者吞咽功能和日常生活活动能力的影响

【摘要】目的：“一病一品”护理项目对脑卒中患者吞咽功能和日常生活活动能力的影响。方法：选取我院收治的脑卒中患者80例开展相关研究，并依托于数字表法将其划分为2组，各40例。其中，参照组采取常规护理的方法，实验组则采取“一病一品”护理项目进行护理，继而对两组患者的吞咽功能情况以及日常生活活动能力进行比较。结果：实验组患者在吞咽功能、常生活活动能力的比较上，均要优于参照组患者，差异具备统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：在对脑卒中患者进行护理的过程中，采用“一病一品”护理项目，可以在保证患者进食的情况下，改善患者的吞咽功能，提高患者的日常生活活动能力，从而使护理工作能够取得理想的效果。因此，此种护理路径值得临床推广应用。

Effect of”One Disease and One Produc Nursing Project on Swallowing Function and Activities ofDaily Living of Stroke

[Abstract] Objective： Effect of”one disease and one product”nursing project on swallowing function and activities of daily living of stroke patients. method. Methods：80 cases of stroke patients in our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were selected to carry out relevant research， and they were divided into two groups， 40 cases in each group. Among them， the reference group was given routine nursing， the experimental group was given”one disease， one product”nursing project， and then the swallowing function and activities of daily living ability of the two groups were compared. Results： The swallowing function and activities of daily living in the experimental group were better than those in the control group， the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion： In the process of nursing stroke patients， the adoption of”one disease， one product”nursing project can improve the swallowing function of patients and the ability of daily life activities of patients under the condition of ensuring the patients to eat， so that the nursing work can achieve ideal results. Therefore， this nursing path is worthy of clinical application.

在臨床上，脑卒中有着较高的发病率、病死率以及病残率的特征，罹患脑卒中的患者还可见多种并发症，而吞咽障碍则属于其中较为常见的一种并发症。受吞咽障碍的影响，患者便很容易出现营养物质缺乏、水电解质失衡甚至是呼吸道感染的情况。正是在这样的情况下，“一病一品”护理项目的应用是否具备相应的临床效力，便得到了广泛地关注[1]。基于此，本次实验将围绕着“一病一品”护理项目对脑卒中患者吞咽功能和日常生活活动能力的影响进行分析论述，具体分析报告如下。……
