自动化立体书库的应用现状和建设策略

摘 要 自动化立体书库以高密度货架的方式存储图书，从而能够最充分地有效利用空间，同时配以自动化检索和管理系统，能够快速查找和定位图书，是物流仓储业在图书馆书库的衍生品，有效解决了图书馆文献存储空间严重不足的问题。本文研究了自动化立体书库产生的背景，以及在国内外的应用情况，总结了其有效利用空间、实现快速存取、突破常规排架规则、运维成本结构、建造工程复杂等特点，提出在书库的设计、建设决策和评价时，应考虑书库定位、社会效益等问题。

Abstract The automated three-dimensional library stores books in the form of high-density shelves， which can make the most effective use of space. At the same time， it is equipped with automatic retrieval and management system， which can quickly find and locate books. It is a derivative of logistics warehousing industry in the library， and effectively solves the problem of serious shortage of library literature storage space. This paper studies the background of the automatic three-dimensional library and its application at home and abroad， summarizes its characteristics of effective use of space， fast access， breaking through the conventional shelving rules， operation and maintenance cost structure， and complex construction engineering， and puts forward that the library positioning and social benefits should be considered in the design， construction decision and evaluation of the library.

0 引言

21世紀以来，随着国家综合实力的增强和文化投入不断加大，图书馆迎来最好的发展时机，经费投入逐渐增加，文献藏量快速增长，服务方式不断拓展。随之而来的是馆舍空间严重不足、书库容量迅速饱和的问题日渐凸显，各类图书馆都面临这样的困境，也严重制约了服务提质增效。2019年12月，苏州第二图书馆正式向公众开放，其特色之一就是自动化立体书库。书库占地仅3000平方米，藏书能力达到700万册，并配以自动存取系统，日流通量达万册以上，承担了全市文献存储集散中心的职能。这是国内首个落地的立体书库实践工程，较好地解决了图书馆面临的文献典藏、流通方面的困境。苏州第二图书馆自动化立体书库的运用，是利用新技术来解决文献存储问题的典型案例，值得深入研究和探讨。……
