美国高校图书馆自闭症大学生服务管窥

摘 要 近年来，自闭症大学生的数量不断增长，已逐渐成为全球范围内的严峻社会问题。高校图书馆作为学校的教育服务机构，担负着保障所有学生阅读、获取信息的权利及引导教育的责任。为此，东伊利诺伊大学图书馆参与了学校自闭症学生过渡教育项目（STEP），针对自闭症大学生人群推出了多项特殊服务，包括谈话式需求调研、自习室空间重塑、饮食规定调整及交流馆员团队建立等。本文结合自闭症医学常识对其服务理念、举措等进行分析，旨在给国内高校图书馆提供借鉴，提升对自闭症大学生的友好包容度，从而于图书馆环境与服务层面作出改进与创新。

Abstract In recent years， the number of autistic college students has been increasing， which has gradually become a serious social problem worldwide. As the educational service organization of the school， the university library is responsible for guaranteeing all students’ reading and information rights and guiding education. Therefore， the library of the University of Eastern Illinois participated in “The Students with Autism Transitional Education Program （STEP）”， and launched a number of special services for autistic college students， including conversational demand survey， study room space remodeling， diet regulation adjustment and exchange librarian team building， etc. Combining with the common sense of autism medicine， this paper analyzes its service concept and measures， aiming at providing reference for domestic university libraries， improving the friendly tolerance of autistic college students， and making improvements and innovations in library environment and service level.

0 引言

自闭症（Autism），又称孤独症，是一类常起病于3岁前，以社会交往障碍，沟通障碍和局限性、刻板性、重复性行为为主要特征的心理发育障碍，是广泛性发育障碍中最有代表性的疾病[1]。自闭症患者在多种背景下的社会交流和社会互动中会持续存在缺陷，如缺乏眼神交流、缺乏相互理解、与同龄人相处困难、与陌生人保持距离等;一些患者患有共病，如智力残疾、注意缺陷多动障碍和特殊语言障碍（SLI）等，这些个体更有可能处于自闭症谱系的低端[2]。近些年，自闭症病例的数量呈上升趋势，政府机构、民间团体及社会大众普遍对幼儿园至中学的自闭症学生给予了较强的教育支持，而对高校中自闭症群体的关注度则大幅下降。……
