“双一流”建设背景下中医药院校双创教育与专业培养有机融合的实践探究

摘 要：中医药院校在加快“双一流”建设的关键时期，深化教育改革，提高人才培养质量，创新型人才的培养尤为重要。本文分析了中医药高校创新创业教育的现状与问题，总结了笔者所在高校在双创教育实践过程中的经验，探索中医药院校双创教育与专业培养有机融合的途径，为中医药院校建设双一流大学，实施人才培养和学科高质量发展提供参考。

Abstract：universities of traditional of Chinese medicine are raising on the“double first-class”construction in a key period，it’s very important to deepening education reform，improve the quality of innovative personnel training.This paper analyzes the present situation and problems of innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities of Chinese medicine，Summarizes the practice experience and explore the way to merge innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional education.so as to provide reference for“double first-class”construction，personnel training and promote the profession quality.

2018年8月，國家教育部、财政部和国家发改委联合发布的《关于高等学校加快“双一流”建设指导意见》指出，深化教育教学改革，提高人才培养质量，要以学科建设为载体，加强科研实践和创新创业教育，促进专业教育与创新创业教育有机融合，将创新创业能力和实践能力培养融入课程体系，培养一流的创新型人才。

近几年，双创教育在全国各大高校掀起的热潮由“如火如荼”的开展转向规模日益扩大，教育模式走向正轨。中医药院校在建设“双一流”大学过程中，优化人才培养模式，探索双创教育与专业培养有机融合，培养具有创新精神和创新能力的高素质中医药人才，对鼓励引导学生创业就业，扩宽毕业生就业渠道，对促进中医药学科发展，推进我国中医药事业发展具有重要作用。

一、中医药院校双创教育现状与问题

中医药院校双创教育的起步和规模较之综合性院校要晚，主要原因在于医学院校的人才培养方向是以专业技术人才为主，学生毕业后的就业方向多为医疗机构、科研院所有等专业性强的单位，中医药院校强调专业培养，在双创教育的投入和重视不足，存在整体性滞后的情况。……
