电力物资采购物流管理系统开发与应用

摘要：随着近几年我国电力网络建设的不断发展，对电力物资需求也越来越大，因此需要更好地保障电网运营的安全性。在此背景下，传统电力物资采购管理方式已经无法满足实际需求，需要进一步开发高效快捷的管理系统，保障电力系统稳定运行。基于此，该文主要就电力物资采购物流管理系统的开发和具体应用情况展开深入探究和分析，以期能够进一步推动电力建设，满足社会经济可持续发展需求。

Development and Application of Power Material Procurement Logistics Management System

Abstract： With the continuous development of China's electric power network construction in recent years， the demand for electric power materials is also increasing， so it is necessary to better guarantee the safety of power grid operation. In this context， the traditional power material procurement management method has been unable to meet the actual needs， and needs to further develop an efficient and effective management system to ensure the stable operation of the power system. Based on this， the paper mainly explores and analyzes the development and application of the logistics management system for power material procurement， in order to further promote power construction and meet the demand for sustainable social and economic development.

随着社会经济的快速发展，我国对资源的需求也不断增长，特别是电力供应需求。在电力网络的发展中，对老旧电力设备更换、新电力设备和系统安装的需求等明显增大，这些物资的大量采购势必会给人员物资管理工作开展增加难度。另外，传统的电力物资采购管理方式也已经无法适应当前发展需求，必须要开发现代化的管理系统，确保物资管理工作有序进行，提高工作效率。

1传统电力物资采购物流管理现状分析

1.1方式单一，且流程复杂

当前物资物流信息的管理方式是以人工记录管理方式进行，这种模式需要大量的人力、物力[1]。这不仅在一定程度上增加企业人力、物力成本的投入，还影响最终管理效果[2]。在具体工作中人工记录管理还存在很多问题，例如：对人工记录和电子表格所记录的数据不能进行及时有效的查找获取，在进行记录时需要对相关文件进行翻阅，这在一定程度上增加文件丢失或损坏风险。……
