电气设备预防性维护技术综述

摘要：电力设备在运行过程中难免会出现故障，这些故障不仅会影响到电力设备的安全性，更会给工作人员的生命带来威胁。为了保證现代化工厂的正常平稳运行，电气设备的维护工作成为了近年来的一个研究热点。该文总体对电气设备预防性维护技术进行了系统的综述。首先，分别介绍高压电气设备和低压电气设备，回顾电气设备维护方法的发展情况再进行总结;对于目前的技术，该文介绍了当今主流的几种预防性维护技术，如红外测温技术、航拍图像识别技术和多光路检测技术;最后，将预防性维护技术与传统方法进行比较，并对预防性维护的意义及重要性进行了阐述。

A Review of Preventive Maintenance Technology for Electrical Equipment

Abstract： During the operation of power equipment， it is inevitable that faults will occur. These faults will not only affect the safety of power equipment， but also threaten the lives of workers. So， in order to ensure the normal and stable operation of modern plants， the maintenance of electrical equipment has become a research hotspot in recent years. This paper systematically summarizes the preventive maintenance technology of electrical equipment. Firstly， the paper introduces high-voltage electrical equipment and low-voltage electrical equipment respectively， and then reviews and summarizes the the development of electrical equipment maintenance methods. For the current technology， this paper introduces several mainstream preventive maintenance technologies， such as infrared temperature measurement technology， aerial image recognition technology and multi-path detection technology. Finally， the preventive maintenance technology is compared with the traditional methods， and the significance and importance of preventive maintenance are described.

从20世纪70年代起，我国逐渐建立完善的电力系统，培训专业的技术人员，加强电气设备的保养维护，但由于维护不当导致的事故时有发生，主要原因有以下几点：首先，设备不时会更新，操作复杂程度的提高使得技术人员的维护水平难以满足新型设备的要求;其次，维护方案缺乏科学性，难以掌握合适的使用周期;再者，技术人员在维护过程中可能会出现检查不仔细、误判漏判等操作，从而使设备仍有出现故障的可能性。所以，为了保证现代化工厂的正常平稳运行，电气设备的维护工作成为了近年来的一个研究热点。该文就从总体对电气设备预防性维护技术进行了系统的综述和探究。……
