摘  要：施工现场是建筑施工企业最前端的环节，也是其经济目标转化为有形成果的场所。对施工现场进行科学合理的管理和控制关系到工程的质量和效益，对增强施工单位的市场竞争力具有重要的现实意义，这就是为什么要加强现场管理的原因，而现场管理的效率对于施工企业来说也是非常重要的。在此背景下，该文对建筑工程施工现场管理策略进行了详细的分析。

Abstract： The construction site is the front-end link of a construction enterprise， and it is also a place where its economic goals are transformed into tangible results. The scientific and reasonable management and control of the construction site are related to the quality and benefits of the project， and have important practical significance for enhancing the market competitiveness of the construction unit. This is the reason for strengthening the site management， and the efficiency of the site management is for the construction enterprise is very important. 建筑是企業创造利益的重要场地，只有加强对现场的管理，才能保证工程质量，降低成本，缩短工期，进而提高施工企业的市场竞争力。现场管理在建筑企业的经营管理中占有重要地位，只有不断提高建筑行业的治理水平，才能有效提高建筑工程质量。合理、优秀的施工现场管理策略对施工企业的生存和发展起着重要作用。现场的科学管理可以使施工单位在项目实施中满足获取公司利润的要求，遵守质量、安全和进度要求，确保建筑单位能在发展中的建筑团队之间的竞争中占据一席之地[1]。
