高速公路桥梁高墩施工技术及实施要点分析

摘  要：桥梁是高速公路工程建设中常见的施工项目，在施工过程中，高墩施工技术与桥梁质量息息相关。该文首先对高墩施工技术的主要特点和施工要点进行分析，再以此为基础，得出其施工质量控制的主要措施，最后以京秦高速公路遵秦段B5标段工程实例为基础，对高墩施工技术的实际施工过程进行分析，旨在为今后高速公路桥梁高墩施工提供借鉴。

Analysis on Construction Technology and Key Points of High Pier of Expressway Bridge

Abstract： Bridge is a common construction project in expressway engineering construction. In the construction process， high pier construction technology is closely related to bridge quality. Firstly， this paper analyzes the main characteristics and construction points of high pier construction technology， and then on this basis， obtains the main measures of construction quality control. Finally， based on the example of bid section B5 of zunqin section of Beijing Qinhuangdao expressway， this paper analyzes the actual construction process of high pier construction technology， in order to provide reference for the high pier construction of Expressway Bridge in the future.

1 高墩施工特点及难点

施工单位应明确高墩施工的特点和难点，对高墩施工质量进行控制。通过对以往高墩施工情况进行总结可知，高墩施工特点及难点有[1]：（1）在高速公路桥梁高墩施工过程中，具有墩身高、施工难度大以及施工体量较大的特点。（2）在高墩施工过程中，由于墩身较大，因此施工周期较长，为了保障高墩施工质量，施工单位应定期对施工情况进行检查。（3）在实施高墩施工时，所投入的机械、材料以及人力等资源较多，因此其建造成本相对较高，为了提高高墩施工的经济效益，施工单位应对施工成本进行控制。（4）在高墩施工过程中，接缝处理的质量将直接决定高墩施工质量，若接缝处理不到位，极易导致安全事故。（5）高墩施工过程中，由于高空作业梁较多，因此其施工风险系数相对较大，实际施工过程中，施工人员做好安全防护，保障施工安全。

2 高墩施工技术实施要点

2.1 前期准备

在高墩施工前，为了保障其质量，施工单位应做好前期准备工作，严格控制脚手架搭设、桩顶清理以及放样测量等工作。……
