城市地下综合管廊施工技术及其要点

摘  要：随着我国国民经济的飞速发展，以及城镇化建设工作的不断推进，对城市地下空间的合理利用竞争激烈。而且建设城市地下管廊，将电力、通信、天然气、给排水等各种工程管线进行有效综合、汇聚，可以使城市的地下空间得到充分利用。该文从技术层面研究了地下综合管廊最常用的几种施工技术，希望能够给予相关从业人员一些有效性建议。

Construction Technology and Key Points of Urban Underground Comprehensive Pipe Gallery

Abstract： With the rapid development of China's national economy and the continuous promotion of urbanization， the competition for the rational use of urban underground space is fierce. Moreover， the construction of urban underground pipe gallery can effectively integrate and gather various engineering pipelines such as power， communication， natural gas， water supply and drainage， so as to make full use of the urban underground space. This paper studies several common construction technologies of underground comprehensive pipe gallery from the technical level， hoping to give some effective suggestions to relevant practitioners.

城市交通、環保要求、既有建筑物的安全防护等都会影响到地下综合管廊的施工，采用明挖法时要在地面上挖掘出大规模的基坑，管廊施工可采用拼接预制钢筋混凝土结构或者现浇钢筋混凝土结构，明挖法的缺点在于安全风险高、交通干扰大等。与之相比，盾构法、顶管法等暗挖施工技术无需大规模动土作业，其效率特大幅提升。研究这些施工技术的特点对综合管廊的施工管理具有重要的价值。

1.1 城市地下管廊工程的优势

（1）城市地下综合管廊工程在国外已经发展一百多年，他们已经有了很高的建设、施工技术，可以借鉴他们丰富的经验，来发展我国的城市地下管廊工程的建设，这样也省去了钻研摸索时间，省去了因反复改进而浪费的基金。开发城市地下管廊工程建设可以减少地面的线网管路、高压塔等设施的存在，能有效提升城市道路的利用率，减少地面设施的维护费用。……
