工业园区循环经济管理标准探讨

摘 要：在现阶段的工业园区经营管理过程中，需要进一步有效做好循环经济管理标准的明确和优化工作，有效推进循环经济标准化建设和发展，进而采用更切实可行的标准化管理手段推动循环经济建设取得更加良好的效果，为工业园区实现可持续发展提供必要保障。基于此，该文重点分析工业园区循环经济管理标准和相对应的建设策略等内容，希望能够为工业园区循环经济的良性发展做出应有贡献。

Discussion on the Management Standard of Circular Economy in Industrial Parks

Abstract： In the process of operation and management of industrial parks at this stage， it is necessary to further effectively clarify and optimize the management standards of circular economy， effectively promote the standardization construction and development of circular economy， and then adopt more practical standardized management means to promote the construction of circular economy and achieve better results， Provide necessary guarantee for the sustainable development of the industrial park. Based on this， this paper focuses on the management standards and corresponding construction strategies of circular economy in industrial parks， hoping that this analysis can make due contributions to the sound development of circular economy in industrial parks.

在工業园区循环经济的管理过程中，要确立相对应的管理标准和管理模式，在物质流、能量流、信息流等方面都要体现出应有的优化效能，且高度集成，形成资源共享和互换的效果。同时，要构建产业共生链网，这样可以达到环境友好、资源节约的效果，更有效优化和充分利用各类资源、能源、原材料等，同时在实际的发展过程中，以循环经济理念为指引，通过标准化的管理和相对应的技术、设施、设备等，推动工业园区循环经济持续发展，以便更充分地促进工业园区的可持续发展，符合相对应的产业政策和建设规划。

1工业园区循环经济管理标准落实策略

在工业园区的循环经济管理标准方面主要包括4个方面内容，分别是：策划、实施、检查、改进。具体来说，第一，策划主要指的是根据工业园区的循环经济发展方针，对于园区内部所涉及的循环经济因素进行充分分析，有效明确适用的法律法规和政策标准等相关内容，进行科学合理的规划，并制订出与之相对应的相关部门和行业的发展目标以及实施方案。……
