论全媒体时代电视新闻编辑的角色转换

摘  要：随着我国互联网技术的不断发展和进步，我国经济社会的发展速度也不断加快，同时也对电视新闻媒体行业提出了更高的要求。在全媒体时代下，电视新闻的呈现方式变得多样化，但电视新闻编辑的角色转换还存在诸多问题，例如缺乏对全媒体的认知、新闻的传播方式落后、未更新新闻编辑观念、专业能力未进行提升等。该文通过全媒体时代下电视新闻编辑的角色转换存在的问题进行分析和思考，并为电视新闻编辑的角色转换提出具体解决方案，不断提高新闻编辑的素质和能力，以此更好地满足我国经济社会发展的需要。

On the Role Transformation of TV News Editors in the All Media Era

Abstract： With the continuous development and progress of China's Internet technology， the speed of China's economic and social development is also accelerating. At the same time， it also puts forward higher requirements for the TV news media industry. In the all media era， the presentation methods of TV news are diversified， but there are still many problems in the role transformation of TV news editors， such as lack of awareness of all media， backward communication methods of news， failure to update the concept of news editors， failure to improve professional ability， etc. This paper analyzes and considers the problems existing in the role transformation of TV news editors in the all media era， puts forward specific solutions for the role transformation of TV news editors， and continuously improves the quality and ability of news editors， so as to better meet the needs of China's economic and social development.

互聯网技术的高速发展，使人们的生活和工作方式发生了变化，也促使社会进入了信息时代。因互联网的传播性和包容性较强，人类生活在信息时代下获取信息也更加便捷，其电视新闻的传播路径更加多元化。因此，传统电视媒体的信息传播已经无法满足现代社会经济的发展需求，将电视新闻编辑的角色进行转换，不断提升电视新闻编辑工作者的综合素养和综合能力，转变编辑工作者的角色对促进电视新闻行业的发展具有良好作用，也能满足全媒体时代下社会对电视新闻多样化发展的需求。
