图书馆提供知识服务与民族地区脱贫攻坚研究

摘，要：近年来，中国经济高速发展，国家对民族地区脱贫事业高度重视，给予大力的政策扶持，民族地区发展迅速，多数地区已经实现脱贫致富。图书馆作为文化文献服务中心，以精准扶贫策略为导向，在脱贫攻坚即将取得全面胜利之时，基于为民族地区提供知识服务工作中的难点分析，探索相应的解决途径，使图书馆更好、更精准地做好民族地区脱贫服务工作。

Research on Knowledge Service Provided by Library and Poverty Alleviation in Ethnic Minority Areas

—Explore Solutions Based on Analysis of Work Difficulties

Abstract： In recent years， with the rapid development of China's economy， the state attaches great importance to the cause of poverty alleviation in ethnic minority areas and gives strong policy support. Ethnic minority areas have developed rapidly， and most areas have achieved poverty alleviation and prosperity. As a cultural literature service center， guided by the targeted poverty alleviation strategy， the library is about to win an all-round victory in poverty alleviation. Based on the analysis of the difficulties in providing knowledge services for ethnic minority areas， it explores corresponding solutions to make the library better and more accurately do a good job in poverty alleviation services in ethnic minority areas.

我國幅员辽阔，民族众多，在党的领导下，各民族紧密团结在党中央周围，努力奋斗，各族的经济、文化快速发展，人们的生活水平有了提高。图书馆作为公益性质的文化服务机构，为各民族的发展提供了知识服务、技能传授，发挥了重大的作用。在脱贫攻坚即将取得全面胜利阶段，部分少数民族地区由于地理位置、资源条件以及其他的因素，暂未实现脱贫。习近平总书记提出精准扶贫的战略目标后，全国各图书馆尤其是广大民族图书馆，为民族地区脱贫工作做了大量的服务，贡献巨大，但在脱贫工作推进中，也遇到了困难和难点，影响民族地区脱贫工作，需要加以分析与解决。

1图书馆在民族脱贫工作中的难点

1.1图书馆对民族地区脱贫工作服务统筹较难

我国民族数量多，全国每个省份几乎都有民族地区。新疆、内蒙古、宁夏、广西、西藏、青海、云南、贵州、四川、重庆、甘肃、陕西等自治区和省市聚集了全国约85%以上的少数民族。……
