高等院校创新创业教育发展现状与路径优化研究

摘 要：创新创业教育改革进入了快速发展新时期，但是目前高等院校还存在着创新创业教育模式匮乏、师资力量不足、课程体系单一以及创新创业教育支撑体系建设不完整等问题。为促进创新创业教育更好地融合，本文通过对高校现存的问题进行分析，提出了高等院校两条创新创业教育融合优化路径：第一，建立差异化的专业创新创业人才培养模式;第二，构建创新创业教育课程理论与实践融合体系。

Abstract： The innovation and entrepreneurship education reform has entered a new period of rapid development， but there are still problems in higher education institutions such as lacking of innovation and entrepreneurship education models， shortage of teachers， a single curriculum system， incomplete construction of the innovation and entrepreneurship education support system. In order to promote the better integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education， this article analyzed the existing problems in universities and proposed two innovation and entrepreneurship education integration optimization paths from the university level： firstly， establish a differentiated professional innovation and entrepreneurship talent training model; secondly， construct a system of integration of theory and practice of innovation and entrepreneurship education courses.

21世纪是“创新创业的时代”，高等院校作为我国人才培养的重要基地和创新发展的驱动力之一，其创新创业教育的发展水平显得尤为重要。2015年5月，国务院正式颁发了《关于深化高等学校创新创业教育改革的实施意见》，强调高等院校应当进一步优化和完善创新创业教育体制，建立完整的创新创业教育课程体系[1]。之后，政府又颁布了一系列政策促进高校创新创业教育的发展，把创新创业教育提到国家创新发展的战略层面。2017年7月，国务院常务会议通过的有关文件提出“把创新创业推向更大范围、更高层次、更深程度”，再次强调了创业创新教育改革的方向和重点。随着时代的发展，2019年教育部启动“六卓越一拔尖”计划，提出多学科交叉融合，打造顺应时代发展新学科的要求[2]。

政府、社会和高校在创新创业教育发展中扮演着不同的角色，每一部分都十分重要[3]，高校作为创新创业教育中的主要实施者，需要增强自身的内生动力，依托政府与社会创造出来的良好氛围，对现有的人才培养模式和课程体系进行完善和优化。……
