基于智慧城市理念的住宅小区二次供水设施改造思路研究

摘要：二次供水设施随着小区使用时间的延长会产生缺陷，更可能引发水质异常，做好住宅小区的二次供水设施改造和管理是当前住宅小区改造面临的主要问题。智慧城市理念是利用物联网、云计算和智能电网等技术打造现代的管理。利用智慧城市理念，将现有的传感器技术+数字化技术+互联网技术融合，将二次供水设施中的水质监测系统、自动化控制系统、远程监控系统等整合成高效系统，提高设备管理水平，保障居民安全。

Research on the Transformation of Secondary Water Supply Facilities in Residential Quarters Based on the Concept of Smart City

Abstract： The secondary water supply facilities will have defects with the extension of the use time of the community， which is more likely to lead to abnormal water quality. The main problem facing the transformation of the residential community is to do a good job in the transformation and management of the secondary water supply facilities of the residential community. The concept of smart city is to create modern management by using technologies such as Internet of things， cloud computing and smart grid. The concept of smart city is adopted to integrate existing sensor technology， digital technology and Internet technology， and integrate water quality monitoring system， automatic control system and remote monitoring system in secondary water supply facilities into efficient systems， so as to improve equipment management level and ensure residents' safety.

水是生命之源，饮用水安全是保障居民生产生活的主要民生问题之一[1]。老旧居民住宅小区二次供水设施卫生要求合格率明显低于新建小区，其二次供水设施缺陷日益凸显，更会引发水质异常、水卫生安全的突发事件[2]。因此，对老旧居民区进行的二次供水设施改造势在必行[3]。

当今时代，是智能化的时代。人们对二次供水设施的改造也要采用先进的管理理念，智慧城市理念就是在众多管理理念中较为突出的代表。智慧城市（Smart City）是以物联网+为代表，辅以云计算、智能电网，将系统中的各环节利用先进的数字信息化技術进行高度整合，这样既能降低系统能耗，又能尽早发现并解决问题。本文从二次供水设施存在的主要问题出发，探讨智慧城市理念在二次供水设施改造中应用的可能性，为进一步提高供水的管理水平及科学调度水资源提供数据支撑。……
