关于新形势下经济管理的创新策略

【摘  要】在当前新形势下，企业要想提高自身的竞争力，就需要采取科学合理的经济管理手段，开展有效的经济管理工作，保障企业的经济实力以及竞争实力，促进企业稳定发展，让企业在市场竞争中处于更加有利的地位。基于此，论文开展了相应的分析和研究，探讨当前加强经济管理创新的重要意义以及必要性，分析企业经济管理创新中存在的问题，最后结合新形势、新特点提出经济管理的创新策略，以期为企业的长足发展保驾护航。

【Abstract】Under the current new situation， in order to improve their competitiveness， enterprises need to adopt scientific and reasonable economic management means， carry out effective economic management work， ensure the economic strength and competitive strength of enterprises， promote the stable development of enterprises， and put enterprises in a more favorable position in the market competition. Based on this， the paper carries out corresponding analysis and research， discusses the great significance and necessity of strengthening economic management innovation at present， analyzes the problems existing in enterprise economic management innovation， and finally puts forward the innovation strategies of economic management in combination with the new situation and new characteristics， so as to provide guarantee for the rapid development of the enterprise.

1 引言

市场化经济时代的到来以及经济体系的完善，加之经济全球化进程的加快，对我国企业带来了较为深刻的影响，使我国企业在经济管理的过程中面对更大的风险和挑战。在此基础上，一些企业自身的能力比较强、综合水平比较高，在经济管理环节已经结合自身的特点，采取了更加有效的模式，因此，这部分企业在社会经济发展、变化的浪潮中，能够更好地提高自身的竞争力，抓住发展的机会，促进自身的发展。现如今，社会主义现代化建设时期发展到了一个新阶段，而我国经济总量规模持续扩大，经济发展机会增加，让我国经济主体的数量不断增加，这对于企业的经济管理提出了更加严格的要求，需要结合实际情况采取一些创新性的措施和方式，让企业在市场竞争中占据更稳固的地位。因此，针对新形势下经济管理的创新策略进行分析意义重大。……
