高职院校创新创业教育与劳动教育的融合路径

摘要高职院校在教授理论知识的基础上注重生产劳动专业技能的培训，这为创新创业教育和劳动教育提供了统一平台。在人才培养过程中将创新创业教育融入劳动教育既有理论依据又有现实依据，提高大学生创新创业教育水平、促进劳动教育与时俱进和优化新时代高校人才培养模式具有时代价值；为切实提高学生的综合素质，“双创+劳动”教育融合可以采取如下路径：创新教育模式、设计融合性课程体系、构建多种教育实践平台和打造综合性师资队伍。

The Integration Path of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education and Labor Education in Higher Vocational Colleges

AbstractOn the basis of teaching theoretical knowledge， higher vocational colleges pay attention to the training of production labor professional skills， which provides a unified platform for innovation and entrepreneurship education and labor education.The talent training mode integrating innovation and entrepreneurship education into labor education has both theoretical basis and practical basis.It has times value to improve the innovation and entrepreneurship education level of college students， promote labor education to keep pace with The Times and optimize the talent training mode of colleges in the new era. In order to effectively improve the comprehensive quality of students， the integration of "Business startups and Innovation + Labor" education can take the following approaches： innovating education mode，designing integrated curriculum system，building a variety of educational practice platforms and building a comprehensive team of teachers.

“整個所谓世界历史不外是人通过人的劳动而诞生的过程”，马克思主义劳动观点认为劳动在人类社会发展中起基础性作用。[1]劳动是通过发挥人的主观能动性改造自然的过程，而这个过程中必然存在创新。2018年9月，习近平总书记在全国教育大会上强调了劳动教育的重要性，他指出坚持中国特色社会主义教育发展道路，培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人，将劳动教育与“德、智、体、美”共同列为教育的总体培养目标。[2]劳动教育成为新时代职业教育的核心要素和关键目标，这为职业教育的劳动教育指明了方向。2020年7月，教育部关于印发《大中小学劳动教育指导纲要（试行）》的通知指出，创造物质财富和精神财富皆需劳动，劳动是人类特有的基本社会实践活动。以学生为对象，发挥劳动的育人功能，使学生热爱劳动、热爱劳动人民，就是劳动教育。……
